you obviously know little about malpractice cases. sure there are plenty of real cases that deserve representation and retribution. however, there also are many cases that have little merit yet will go to trial as it takes very little evidence to be allowed to trial. once a case goes to trial there's very little chance of a doctor prevailing in the case no matter what the evidence. maybe because he made his millions off the misfortune of others, once "mimicking" the voice of a fetus in court to try and sway the jury. malpractice lawyers don't exude trust.

that is utterly ridiculous. saw the line up in seattle and it was the least impressive. late bennett is great, there's nothing like a band on the edge of insanity. but they may be even better now.

we were in the second row of the fixed seats last time, they had 2 or 3 rows of chairs in the very front. sound was pretty bad down that close my group thought. saw ryan adams there a few months back and was in the second row of the back tier and the sound was a lot better but the soundguy continued to screw with it through the show and it became all muddled. i guess i'm pretty picky about the sound. but y'all are right it's a great venue except its in north charleston.

well we do have at least three "indy" record stores in charleston with 52.5, monster (part of cat's music) and millennium. i'm beyond miffed i somehow missed the real presale on the no. chas. tix. how did that happen? i got the new dates but somehow missed the local date. i can't make heads or tails of this next "presale" on ticketmaster either. best of luck, i know i'm hoping for some.

great recommendations so far. i'll also suggest lcd soundsystem, if he doesn't have it, and dan deacon, who is whacked out crazy. odd nosdam is more of a noisy electronic amalgam of found sounds, mild beats, and fuzz. a band called growing are more pure electronica sans beats. but definitely check out deepchord present echospace : the coldest season. deep ambient house music on all analog equipment. incredible. i've been wanting to get this. good to hear another recommendation.

256 aac is decent sounding but you can tell it's compressed if you really try. it's what i use. if you can bump it up a little more it would be better, especially if you're gonna use this for a home stereo and not just portable audio. be sure to turn on error correction in your preferences. if you want to get crazy you can download another program to rip the cds then import to itunes, as itunes supposedly isn't as good as other programs. i'm a mac guy so i'm not up to speed on what the best encoders are nowadays. The LAME encoder for mp3 used to be the best and might still be. just remember
