really disappointed with season 2 of Bosch. If you haven't read the books then it's probably a pretty good show. just hard to watch what a mangled mess it made of the book characters and stories. is there a way to watch the King alternate history think without being a full time Hulu subscriber?

High Falutin' Article About One Sunday Morning

Last song I got to play with Jeff in person. Grateful to have a video and recording of it. It's one of those that I usually don't listen to while driving, for fear of running off the road. If they had extended the ending another half hour I would enjoy it even more. -
I had read before I went (online recaps) that the top of his register was long gone. It was certainly obvious at the Houston show, but he still had a great time and put on a good show. He sort of worked with the crowd for the parts he knew he couldn't hit (got the crowd to sing along).

Rubio absolutely blew any chance he had when he got down in the dirt with Trump. If he had kept his cool an ignored him (best thing you can do to an attention whore bully) we'd probably be looking at a different picture right now. The old guard Republicans would have much preferred to champion him than Cruz.

One Sunday Morning is dropped down a whole step. -
Only deaths in recent years that got to me were Winehouse and Hoffman, but neither to any huge extent. Not accusing anyone on this board of this but being involved in recovery circles for a number of years I've noticed a phenomenon regarding death. Sometimes people seem to publish grief as though it were a competition--i.e. "I was a bigger [fan/friend/what have you] than you, as evidenced by how intense and long I'm grieving as compared to how intense and long you're grieving" Kind of a spiritually sick form of self pity.

THIS is a pretty damn funny recap of the debate.

There are many state and local politicians in Texas actively trying to pass legislation and ordinances to hamper the rights of the LGBT community under the guise of religious freedom. Women thought that abortion rights were somewhat absolute in this country as a result of federal jurisprudence, and those rights are being trampled upon. If Ted Cruz's gang has it their way the LGBT rights will follow.

I have been mildly inconveniently annoyed at every election cycle of my adult life, but this is the first time I've ever actually felt a sense of dread and fear. Not so much at the choices available but more so the behavior of the fans of those choices. Abortion rights are simply eroding in my home state and in others across the country. Rights of non-heterosexuals as well. Racism is more rampant and public than at any other time I can remember in my lifetime. The moral and philosophical divide in this country seems to be reaching frightening speed and strength. I doubt I'd give much of

Oliver hit it out of the park with that one.

yikes that's on point.

I already voted. Hillary winning the nomination doesn't scare me nearly as much as the remotest possibility that Ted Cruz could become president. The fact that anyone even supports him scares the shit out of me.
-
I can't recall ever subscribing to a conspiracy theory in my life, but I am becoming more and more paranoid that Clinton will win the nomination regardless of how Americans vote.

It's a fantastic tour

Trumbo is outstanding. I kept thinking how I could imagine several politicians of today jumping all over the blacklist bandwagon. Frightening.
