Eddie Vedder...wha?? I'm still reeling from the PJ show on Monday night. How awesome! And I got tix to the Atlanta show. A friend who previously thought she'd be out of town will now be in town so we're all set. I'm too excited. Not sure how I'm supposed to work tomorrow.

I haven't seen them since 2003 so I'm definitely jonesing for a show. Everyone keeps talking about The National but I've not heard anything of theirs.

I bet the Atlanta show will be amazing. The Fox Theatre is absolutely beautiful.

Agreed. But I'm only saying this because I was actually there. I have no idea what their setlists have looked like. And I'm not much on concert reviewing, but i will say I had an awesome time last night and it was definitely worth the 15 year wait. I think Eddie liked us! The highlights for me were Elderly Woman and Even Flow. Oh and Glorified. Oh and Do the Evolution. Also, I really liked Kings of Leon.

Our downtown borders on three different rivers, which has always scared me a little. Looking at those pictures you wonder how the water will ever recede.

Just on a whim, I checked Ticketmaster last night to see if there were still any decent seats available for the Atlanta show and there were! Oh man, is this some sort of sign that I should go???

I was so bored last night I actually watched the game. First NBA game I've seen all year. Definitely a good one and worth it to see Kobe crash and burn. I'm rooting for Garnett, a fellow South Carolinian, and his crew.

Although I love the song, I got kind of tired of doing the whole audience participation bit after a few times. I guess I'm not a true fan.

I have a 2007 Civic and I love it. It really does get great gas mileage.
