  1. Drama gave us a little scare at the end....thought he might be at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Good episode.
  2. Thanks Senor Fabregas. 10 months in between posts. I didn't want to get hollered at and have my feelings hurt. Plus, the search function is pretty neat. What's your favorite t.v. show? I don't watch much (other than sports, family guy and the simpsons) but Entourage is a crass, funny show featuring some very attractive young ladies. Ari had a VERY rare shot of good consience. Maybe he's getting softer as the seasons go on.....maybe.
  3. Fo sho. He is a great character. "I'm sure your date will pop that thing with his pecker." Ari did "use" Lloyd to land a client and then had a rare change in consience.
  4. I'm not saying he's the first cheater, just the biggest cheater considering which sports record is jeopardized by his steroid use. It's such an incredible shame. Hammerin' Hank was an icon and a great role model. He never even hit 50 HR in a season, his most was 47 (1971). And, he was clean.
  5. Sobe Life Water. Blackberry/Grape.
  6. As far as I know, Schilling has never been on the juice. He's too much of a baseball purist. He does seem like a dickhead though. Is there a bigger cheater in sports history than Barry Bonds? When/If (I can be hopeful) he breaks Hank's record, it will be the most tarnished event in MLB history. I hate Bonds. He is a total douche and is the poster man for poor role models. Oh well, they can't all be like Mr. Jeter.
  7. What do you guys think of the second half of season three so far? I think the episodes have been relatively weak. Vince became whipped by his agent, Drama bought and lost a horse, and we haven't seen nearly enough of hot-ass Sloan. I hear she and E break up this season. Also, Vince puts on some weight to play Senor Escobar in Medillin. I think it will get better as the season goes on.
  8. Then, someone in the crowd immediately yells, "California Stars!"
  9. Me three. I believe it might be Crozet, VA, a town outside Charlottesville.
  10. Better a comparison to Henley than to Joe Walsh. That dude's one crazy mother. "I go to parties sometimes until four. It's hard to leave when you can't find the door." Very deep stuff.
  11. What the hell is The View? They are playing in England May 19th. I imagine this one is just a rumor.
  12. Paris....you're from Bristol????? I've seen a few CT people on here but no one from that close. Feel free to send a PM and say hello.
  13. Jorge, this may be a "dumb" question: Is that "dude" in your sketch David Crosby?
  14. Thank you sir may I have another?
  15. I believe you are referring to the version from the YHF Engineer's demos. The version on the regular YHF demos is "Rhythm." However, what is the origination of this third version?
  16. I'm not sure about the details. I've never heard about him using a splitter in his repetoire. I just heard about the "pop" and the finger dislocation. Too bad, Zumaya's the balls. I'm a big Yankees fan, but that is WAY too much money. He better not give up a run all F-ing season! $18M for four months? Geez Louise.
  17. I had an eerie feeling that the pink and blue unicorns were up to no good. Maybe it was their voices?
  18. European candy commercials can be so provocative. This was a bit creepy. The kid couldn't just find a friend? It's gonna be at least 3 years until the baby can play soccer, and by then, the older kid will be like 8. I may have over-anylyzed this.
  19. Man you Yank haters are harsh. I'm going incognito until the late June shows in MA and VT. Rocket should have 4 or 5 wins by then anyway. Although, if you are a Tigers fan, they look pretty good again. Except Zumaya might be out for a little while. What are they paying him? It has not yet been revealed.
  20. Thanks. That's a really cool version! A lot of cool effects....keys in the middle, banjo and distortion at the end. Anyone know where this version came from? I'm assuming the YHF sessions (duh) but how did it surface?
  21. Great post M.Christine. That interpretation makes good sense to me. Damn thieves! Legal Eagles.
  22. I'm not sure I would desribe the lyrics (for the album SBS) as "direct." IMO, this is Jeff's most thoroughly emotional album yet. From beginning, to end, he allows the listener in quite a bit, which I think is neat. And, the flow of the record is more continuous and narrative than previous records. It seems to have a true beginning, middle and end (I love how the last three tracks flow). Side with the Seeds is rather unique lyrically: The treetops nod the rain applauds The park grows dark And the swings all slowly die No one wins but the thieves, so why side with anything???? Bizarre.
