I've got a recording of it and they do a decent enough job on the covers to open the show to tell me that they were doing them in earnest. Just havin' a good time, and all.

Definitely. It was actually a closer game than I thought it'd be (throughout the night). Lakers eked it out and only because Denver let their guard down a bit at the end.

Oh, c'mon. Who hasn't done this? It's much more effective, visually, with actual hand puppets though.

I never really got/get too concerned with seeing the band (when inside a venue) as much as I do hearing them crisp and loud. I also can't stand being confined to a seat for a concert unless it's orchestral/someone solo acoustic/similar. Basically, if someone is blocking my "view" I'll go somewhere else if I want to watch. Love GA shows for this reason and the ability to find the sweet spots of sound, which can often be in areas where it's not packed with people on top of each other in order to get the better view.

Seriously lacking in drone, imo.

This MSG "Cryptical" out of Drums to open second set is heavy. Eek.
