  1. Good to know Fall Out Boy makes it on before Wilco.
  2. I was in heaves laughing at this.
  3. I never really enjoyed the Mars Volta either. A few songs off of the first album I were good, I prefer At The Drive-In I guess. I love those sort of puzzles though and thats a really awful album cover.
  4. Hahahah just kidding Wendy! I am constantly constantly mistaken for a girl at school and any other place that my name is read. It's pronounced Kalle like the spinach!
  5. Kalle Kalle Kalle! Yeah alot of people from the Sault went to the Detroit show as well and they said it was awesome.
  6. I don't know how Harp can say Devendra Banhart's new album is better than Wilco's, that's crazy! Paste's list I found to be quite good actually.
  7. So my dad and I drove down from the Sault to Toronto on Monday to see Neil back home at Massey Hall for the first time in 36 years. This show was super special because not only was Neil coming back home he was playing at (in my opinion) the best venue again for the first time in years. Mine were: Wilco Josh Ritter Radiohead The National Blitzen Trapper (write in) This year has been an exceptional year in music compared to last years.
  9. My dad saw the Weakerthans two weeks ago in Toronto and he said they were absolutely fantastic. Now I've never seen the National but anyone that has seen them they've said they were nuts live. I'd go with the National.
  10. I still have a what.cd invite if anyone wants it.
  11. I promote Sparks to no end on this site. Kimono My House is an absolute absolute classic and Queen definately stole alot from them from that album. Any fans of the New Pornographers should get Kimono My House as well they're the only band I think they sound similar to.
  12. What does everyone else think of "And Their Refinement Of The Decline", it has been getting rave reviews and I just downloaded it now.
  13. Yeah I've never seen anybody on here that had a waffles invite. Nevertheless thanks to "highfives" I am a what.cd member and once they start accepting more members I'd be glad to trade or give away my two invites so far.
  14. I am very tempted by this... Maybe one day.
  15. Wilco Ryan Adams Final Fantasy Great Lake Swimmers
