Thanks for the kind words guys, it seems really weird to talk about such a personal thing to mainly strangers over the internet but it's comforting that Jeff and Wilco's music has helped people in similar ways. The only thing I can say for not being bored with Wilco is that I know they are still capable of making music that effects people. If Sky Blue Sky lacked emotion and sincerity it would have done nothing for me. But I am extremely excited to see which direction Wilco will go in next.

Yeah not just because it's a great record but it came at the right time for me. My mom passed away three days after Sky Blue Sky came out, it was the record I needed to get through it and Jeff can relate to that as well seeing as he had the same thing happen while making it. It was the perfect record for me. It's sort of weird talking about it on the internet but nevertheless... I am not bored with Wilco as long as they don't keep repeating themselves. But the thing is, a good song is a good song. And IMO Tweedy keeps on writing them.

I agree if they did SBS part 2 I would be extremely bored. I can't see them doing that though, they've changed it up each record previous and this lineup has too much potential to do really awesome stuff.
