if this is the first wilco record you heard, its a lot better then if you started with ABIG or SBS

what do people think of this record? i am a big fan of his first three: Josh Ritter, Golden Age of Radio, Hello Starling. this record is different then those, less folky, more experimentation.

i have found the best area for sound is straight off the stage in the back by the soundboard. thats where i was when wilco was there last.

wow, i cant believe they booked at the eagles ballroom after jeff played at the pabst theatre. i thought for sure wilco would play at pabst after he performed solo and Autumn Defense performed there. im happy to have them in my town but shit the Eagles....

i had to grow on 29 as well but then i heard/saw a lot of those songs live on the recent tour and it made the album much more desirable: Carolina Rain, Blue Sky Blues, Starlite Diner!!
