  1. they kicked ass the show i saw on this tour. i hope she gets better. pretty strange they would not be more generic with the health issue.
  2. which is remarkable considering how slow moss is. try having drew bennett as your number one receiver for a couple of years.
  3. a year's worth seems to undermine the credibility of the tommy john angle to me, but i have no idea how long hgh is prescribed in any medical situation.
  4. why can't people respect the doctor-patient privilege?
  5. thanks. that makes a lot of sense. its really good, but i was always disappointed that wayne never sang on it.
  6. i think i have a sessions at 54th street with beck backed by the lips during odelay days.
  7. after a rough start, pedro seems to be hanging in there.
  8. baker perfect through 8 for minnesota. has there been a perfect game this year? i thought beuhrle walked someone.
  9. i think some people would really prefer Ryan Adams over Bright Eyes.
  10. i did see bright eyes a few months ago and he had a rather large band, a cool etch-o-sketch background and a white suit to boot. he sounded great as well. i would probably go with ryan adams but bright eyes most recent show was a large upgrade from the previous tour i saw.
  11. Band of Horses sounded great the other night. i actually enjoyed them more than Modest Mouse. and the new songs they played were good. i am looking forward to this.
  12. i will never look at a rollerbag against a stall door the same way.
  13. the cubs needed that something awful. now i get to see the next two games in person. i think the cubs are 0-9 (including nefi perez's double error in the 9th memorial day weekend 2006) in games i attended the last 3 years so i would find your nearest bookie and fade me hard.
  14. tell a bad joke . . . . . get deserved crap . . . . in response, attack ryan adams as a copycat and poor singer . . . get deserved crap . . . . what is your next move, chessmaster?
  15. wow. i can understand that after 10 years developing your style you are reluctant to change.
  16. i agree as well. i was trying to say that i believe the real reason he is not likely to succeed has less to do with the legal standard and more to do with his actual guilt. any lawsuit like this with a public figure would be expensive, but they are often pursued. and i promised myself i would avoid the bonds discussions in this thread.
  17. I agree that actual malice is necessary to win but not that he should only sue if he can win. there is no downside to suing (which obviously helps p.r.) if you feel wronged, even if the ultimate legal standard is challenging. bonds does not sue because the truth is an absolute defense not that he is worried about whether the facts can establish actual malice. and costas is short.
  18. dear-tiny-diary worthy. but what does it mean?
