Definitely agree on heartless bastards and andrew bird. I however put jack white's new one closer to those two as well as polica. I loved seeing dr. dog but have not listened to their new one much. bought barr brothers but have not listened yet b/c it got stuck in my cd player the first time i put it in, which pissed me off.

I enjoyed seeing them live and am excited to see them open for jack white at the ryman next month. but, as others said, the album to me is good, not great.

I love Arrow and had not heard any of their other albums. saw dr. dog earlier the same night and even though I love dr. dog, the heartless bastards show was more enjoyable. I think the smaller venue plus my affection for Arrow both helped tremendously.
