I still find it baffling that even after the giving tree of Wilco hast given the gift of a certain string of shows, and people praise the band etc etc there are still the angry ignorant group of fans with unrealistic expectations that get upset when Wilco snags some presents for themselves...it seems like every time Wilco does something for Wilco they're sellouts. There's nothing wrong with being upset, but don't attach ignorance and stupidity to your anger and throw out labels like "sellouts" and start swearing off the band and thinking Jeff Tweedy personally was sitting in his living room wi

why are people even insinuating Mr. Tweedy and Mrs. Ryder even talked, let alone had a fling? this sounds like some John McCain shit to me.

and why boycott the show? that's counterproductive. it's like you're mad they rescheduled, so even though they have your money, you're not going to the show anyways. go and bitch a little, you know they can hear you on stage. if you're really hating the band (who probably had little to do with the decision overall) then direct your immature stupidity in the wrong direction in person, because I'm sure you have the balls to do that regardless.

well, yeah, I know he sings the harmonies, but it could be a volume thing, I guess I would think that John is lead on that song. his voice seems more prominent (probably because he sings high harmonies and cuts through low-end) and then it seems like jeff sings the verses, still as a side note...it's probably just a harmony thing.

who sings lead on Theologians? it sounds in the live versions John sings lead for the intro parts, and then Jeff breaks off to sing the verses...but the way it's arranged sounds like John. I guess I could be overthinking it, but I always hear John more than Jeff in this song...Just listen to the version from the Residency, its really prominent there.

oh well. it'll be more fun in the summer, not to mention they've got to be pretty whiped. At least you still get something to watch, too. It's gotta suck, don't get me wrong...

last outing for '08? no small set of summer shows? :\ I guess it's unlikely, because the dates would have been announced already if they were gonna play in June, but I would really like to get to see them on a yearly basis :\

maybe I spoke too soon, some of the guitar levels are pretty poor...listen to the intro of Too Far Apart, you can hear it pretty vivid. I'm not really complaining, it's very good quality and a good show. I have to admit though, that version of Someday Soon sucks. :\ I really like that song, but this one is kind of cobbled together.

I don't really know much, but that radio recording is really sharp.

I didn't like Pieholden Suite.....until the Total Pros. Great job guys. Really.
