Actually, I was going to say, to me that's NOT good baseball at all. I MUCH PREFER closer scores. I was told by a friend in Chicago how awful the White Sox were playing this year. I really didn't witness any of it myself until this weekend.

Oh, I wasn't gloating...they're actually BOTH my top two teams. I just was in the "wow" state all weekend.

No comments on what the Red did to the White this weekend?!?

It really depends on the venue, I guess. I saw them twice in the same week back in June here in Mass. The 1st show was at a small outdoor venue, no barrier. The 2nd show was at a much larger venue and the barriers were there. It worked for security and the press to have room to mill about. It sucks, but I guess now that the boys are getting more popular this is what we'll be seeing more of in the future.

Oh man dessert...I love just about EVERYTHING, but luckily since I don't personally make much I don't inhale as many calories as I would like (er, not like) ... All-time-favorites... just from the oven chocolate...i.e. brownies, cookies and cake...oh my I'm quite partial to warm apple crisp with the ice cream and whip cream melting all in it, right at the fair, too...YUMMY!!! Oh, AND my grandmother's Pecan Pie was Da Bomb!!!
