  1. Thanks Lou - That was very cool. Wish I had though to buy the papers when in town. has there been any kind of general reaction among the rock and roll world re the Wilco residency?
  2. City Suites next to Belmont El sta was really nice. 24 hour breakfast across the Street and plenty of good food near by. You can hear the trains but didn't bother us- nice rooms and staff.
  3. This would be very cool. Muzzle of bees is a fav of ours - I sometimes wih they had their tour schedule out a bit more in advance too - I often have lectures etc. I can't change and those DO get booked a long time in advance. Got to pay the bills though....

  7. Hey - I (Rick from Boston) stopped seeing them July 4th Dylan and the Dead when fans crashed the field and we were almost crushed. The tude had defintely changed - this is why i like wilco - serious musicians, not so much with the serious drugs.

I wanted to add my thanks to Wilco et al as I feel a bit differently and will naturally feel maybe I am just not as sophisticated as other fans, I have to say i feel much more like CCC and anyhow, for what it's worth i have compiled my - Top Ten Reasons to be grateful for the Residency: 10.   9. Couldn't agree more. I also have rebel gig SLr and I can assure you all, I am not a TOTAL PRO. It is inane. However, I did get a few good pics from many photos I took with a point & shoot and plan to set up a flicker file. I was on the rail and got a few good shots, plus had some assit from kindly rail mates. I actually have more difficulty using the P & S as it was new to me but I brought it cuz i knew they would boot me with the SLR.
