  1. Thanks...I will I am sure. Also going to see "The Word" on 1/1/10....that should be great.
  2. Tomorrow Night...anyone else going to any of the Miami Shows?
  3. Funny you should say "outgrown" because I am a big fan of Pearl Jam and they are like the opposite in that they have been playing more and more covers as they get older. Also has Bruce Springsteen "outgrown" covers...plays them at every show.
  4. It seems like they stopped doing covers about 2-3 years ago but here is a list of some I remember: Something In the Air Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow Love Will Keep Us together Ziggy Stardust I Shall Be Released Don't Fear The Reeper Comment? Political Science
  5. I was there.....best night I had in a long time.....still smile thinking about it.
  6. Hey Josephine, are you the same person that posts shows on Dime? My wife's name is Josephine so I always notice the name.
  7. Seeing them for the 1st time 12/30 in AAA Miami.
  8. seriously doubt that it will be televised....I hope it will be.
  9. No Love for Allman Brothers....Blue Sky or Liz Reed.
  10. I remember a poll done many years ago and they said that the solo in Cream's version of Crossroads was the best of all time....I never thought that but is was tasty. I would say you can make a case for many Hendrix solos.....too many to list. What about Free Bird or Comfortably Numb

Hughie was responsib
  12. I am always hopeful (i don't know why) but I think the best they will do is nomination for Alternative Album. At least they may get invited again and Jeff can help some people to their seats.
  13. Nice Listening to it right now and it is amazing the difference from 1994-2009. What was the lineup? Only 2 remain. Jeff John Ken Max?? Jay??? Brian?? Bob??
  14. This is just great.....Seems like they have been going to this type of ending as of late.....Kind of "old school" if you will. The Late Greats Heavy Metal Drummer Poor Places> Reservations> Spiders (Kidsmoke) ------------------------ I'm A Wheel
  15. Only in big cities. Most places they play much smaller venues Except South Florida where they never come. SUITES
  16. Some good choices...but you would do well with some younger celebs so when the others gt old in like 10 years you will still have some young. I am not going to name names but we all know some of the Disney's and such.
  17. With as many great songs as Neil has it is very difficult to narrow it down. Anyone of those suggested would be great...here are some others: Out on The Weekend Lookout Joe Welfare Mothers Anything off Ragged Glory Change Your Mind The Loner Alabama When You Dance Its all One Song
  18. What ever happened to the good old days when the concert started when it started. Back in the days when we would go to Sportatorium to See Van Halen and they come on around 10:30 if that early....and nobody cared. Now everyone no only knows exactly what time the bands will be coming on but what times they will be finishing and what the setlist is going to be. If someone was getting high near you or smoking you wouldn't go get a usher or cop. Don't get me wrong, I am as guilty as the rest with getting as much information as I can (like I needed to find out my childs sex at the first ultra
  19. It's Mick...or at least that is what is being said.
  20. Don't think so...looks like they all brought their own bands. At least that is what some of the reviews sound like. I figured it would either be Paul S. or Robbie Robertson...but I think they were smart....had revolving stage
  21. We forgive you...welcome and yes it is a great place.
  22. OK..sorry to be the heavy I can only assume that the poster was just excited which is understandable. I too hope it surfaces, but we all know it will come out when and if it does.
