I did enjoy those, but that last one was pretty awful.

That's still the best King book and I have read a bunch of them.

I should mention, opening band was "colonel ford" which was just Son Volt without Farrar doing old classic country music (whiskey river for example) and just shredding on their instruments. Way more enjoyable than I would have expected. But then again I'm a wannabe guitar player and they are phenomenal musicians.

Loved it. Not a great showman is Jay Farrar but he has a hell of a good band and sounded fantastic. Played a good mix of stuff too. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I was thinking maybe he could direct the next Wilco movie.

Ok, I have decided that this is my album of the year at this point. Just can't get enough of it. Lyrically and musically just stunning to me. And he is coming to Denver in September!

Getting great reviews. Can't wait to hear it!

She took lessons from Segovia, I don't think she probably needs to fake it but somehow it does look a little air guitar like.

I would love a collaboration. Grohl is hugely talented.

Funny stuff! I was in Scotland last year and absolutely loved every second of it. I think I want to move there.

Yikes. Not exactly a hard riff to play either.

It's playing on the big screen July 26th in Denver so I have a ways to wait. Really looking forward to it though.

Just started it.

Wow, with a segue into Tomorrow never knows. I love that Weir is playing with Wilco.

Every year I have to read about Solid sound and it fills me with a seething jealousy and rage, I hate this time of year. Actually that's not true, the next best thing to being there is getting to read everybody's report out. I find it tremendously enjoyable. I would have loved this show for the Pavement and Replacements covers alone. I bet they bust out "and your bird can sing" in the future after spending all the time putting that one together, not an easy song to pull off. Thanks for all the great details for us slobs who had to miss it.

Kid handled it really well.
