I like the early stuff - but I probably like the later stuff better. I would be surprised if the band ever goes back to playing that sort of music ("hard rock"). I think if they do anything new - they will continue in the direction of the last album.

Luther is better than all those guys. I didn't really think he sounded right with the band early on, but it worked out in the end. Of course, we are talking about three different styles of guitar playing/players.

Oh really. That's interesting. I wonder if the Trigger Hippy album is going to come out now.

He's singing in his Mr. Haney voice again. I like it.

I think that was one of the early conversations we had on here - the one about the "beyond the pale" comment.

There are some photos of it in the GD Gear Book. I don't think there is any info about who owns which guitar though (besides those Irwin guitars).

That makes me think of Roger's Keith Moon film. The last I heard about it - Mike Myers was going to play Keith.

He's been in shape since the early 70s. I always thought that was funny - the other three were doing the rock start thing, and he was at the gym.

Most people think it's better since he had an operation. The clips I have seen/heard - show him to be better than he was a few years ago.

You may want to skip that part when you get it to it. Anyhow - The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus version kills the album version.

I think Rapture is the only one. I think it was the first song to reach Number 1 to feature rapping.

I like her for other reasons. LOL I think she is a great singer. I'd like to see her make an album without a lot of polish.

You know what I mean - like that dude from Hootie and The Blowfish. They are going for the country market. Although, I have to say this new country music is pretty lame. But - it sells. I remember when Bon Jovi was a hair metal band.

Don't be dissing Adele now.

I bet they will get in some day. I think they are terrible, but they are one of the few bands from the 80s that still sell a lot of tickets and albums. They have a rather large following. And Jon is smart. He is going for the country thing now - like some other former rock stars.

I'm not a Smashing Pumpkins fan, but Billy did a great job in the Rush documentary. I gained a new respect for him.

I started reading it not long ago. I have to say I will never hear A Quick One, While He's Away in the same way again - after reading his explanation of the song. The second disc on that release has some songs from one of the Young Vic shows.

It would be great if they got Billy to do the induction speech.

I don't care for them myself. I would be surprised if Gram Parsons ever gets in there.
