  1. There are two shows up at The Wilco Archive now.
  2. I think I mailed cash to someone in Texas.
  3. I knew it was some sort of deal like that.
  4. I've seen some of those up at BT sites. I don't recall if I have seen the Tom Waits episode anywhere or not. You might find it at Tape City or Dime A Dozen.
  5. I suppose people would not like it - but couldn't you just shut the board down for a day or two.
  6. I saw the cd in a record store in Pittsburgh the other day. I was on a mission to get the rest of the T.Rex cds I don't have. They didn't have those, but I was able to snag the Box Tops cds that Amazon has been unable to get me. I started to grab the CSN disc, but I had already spent what I had. I think I may pick it up at some point though.
  7. 1997-04-13 Wilco - Shepherds Bush Empire, London, England
  8. I'd like to hear the Stills/Hendrix tracks.
  9. I am thinking about it after watching the video series I posted. He did that for 430 bucks. There is a list of what he used at the end of the 10th video.
  10. Oh, the one above is 800 bucks. I am actually using one of those right now. My deal is - I don't have enough power or space to do things anymore.
  11. Shit, I hope not. Maybe it was due to the unreleased song. Plus, I suppose the record label has different iders than the band.
  12. Wikipedia does not make it easy to copy sometimes.
  13. I believe Crawdaddy! along with Rolling Stone are credited as establishing a place for rock music and culture writing beyond the simplistic teen fare of magazines such as Tiger Beat. After that, I don't know what came next - CREEM and some other magazines, I suppose.
  14. A Dell is what I have at home. And it is also what we use at work, so it is all I am really use to working with. My computer is over 5 years old now. I think this is the one I was looking at.
  15. I was looking at a new Dell at Walmart the other day, but I did not have enough bread to buy it. I also recently watched this video series: How to build a computer with Carey Holzman
  16. I've never used Vista. The computer I have at home does not have enough of whatever it takes to run Vista, and I would guess Windows 7. I know they are going to quit updating XP at some point, so I need to get a new computer.
  17. I figured someone else must have noticed it. I have never used the View New Post button or mark post as read feature. Speaking of archiving posts - I have always wondered why posts from 2006 are still here, and not in the archives. I am not complaining, just curious.
  18. Something weird I just noticed - The post count numbers are different in someone's profile, than the post count numbers under the avatar in a post. Or at least it appears that way in a few profiles I have looked at.
  19. It's still on as of the date the above was posted at Billboard. Personally, I wish this whole "old bands" doing covers albums would go away. I suppose it will interesting if they have actually recorded the album together, instead of each one adding their parts and then mixing them together. I suppose Rick would not let them get away with that. I would rather see them do an acoustic album of new songs.
  20. I've always liked that part also:
  21. Wikipedia link MC - I did not notice your list up there - sorry.
  22. I recall there was discussion at some point around here about that segment being edited to appear the way it does. I was thinking of this the other day.
