  1. There may have not been that many of those pressed. As vinyl was on it's way out around that time (1988). You probably already knew that. I have not bought any used records in a long time. There are now two places down the street here that sell used records. A friend of mine tells me their prices are too high. And it is probably common stuff - Frampton Comes Alive, Bob Seger, Styx, etc.
  2. It use to be if you went to a flea market and they had albums - you would find many copies of that record.
  3. I read somewhere that some Brixton guys with guns kicked in the taper's front door and took the recording.
  4. I have the basic first generation Nook. I never wanted anything else. I will probably go with a Kindle when this used Nook stops working.
  5. My 7 year old Nook stopped working not to long ago. I got lucky and was able to grab a "gently used" Nook for 30 bucks by way of Ebay. I can tell whoever owned it never used it. Oddly enough, the cable was fouled though. I am glad I kept my old cable. Since I really only do library books - I need the cable to grab books as well as charge.
  6. Amazon has a couple of sound samples up: Peace Trail
  7. How about these tunes: P.F. Sloan - Karma (A Study of Divinations) Dion - Tomorrow Won't Bring The Rain
  8. I was going to post that yesterday. But the site was down. We'll see.
  9. I saw that tour also. It's the only time I ever saw the Black Crowes.
  10. You should play Tuesday Afternoon - LOL That is my favorite Moody Blues song - probably.
  11. I am thinking some sort of Nuggets garage style or blues rock of some sort. I guess we will see or hear at some point.
  12. Check out the clip on the FB page - it is rocking.
  13. There is a snippet of what I am guessing is a new Son Volt or Jay album up on the Son Volt Facebook page today.
  14. Oh, I love that song. I think it was sort of a rushed recording.
  15. Ok - The Hardy Boys - One Time in a Million or The Monkees - My Share of The Sidewalk
  16. I can see that. His vocals were good on that song. I was never much of a Soundgarden fan. But he can certainly sing.
  17. I can tell they practiced. It just seems odd to me they would pick that song. They should do Hey Hey What Can I Do.
