Chernobyl Chernobyl today Three Mile Island Radioactive Waste Nuclear Waste Locations in North America -
I don't really know anything about this guy and/or don't recall ever watching his show - but Bruce Springsteen did a video tribute for him. So I thought I would post it.

I sometimes think of Brigadier General Victor Ball when I see him. -
That magazine is pretty much shit now - for those who want to read it, you may just want to stand at the store and read it. I doubt the article is that long.

I think I read somewhere that he is also in favor of building a bunch of new nuclear power plants. -
Forever - Live July 2nd 1971. Central Park New York. Website for POB. Little Bird - another cool song. Jack Rieley talking about Dennis. Forever (DVD by Billy Hinsche) You can watch it online.

Looks like the packaging is nice - at least people won't have to mess with shitty Mp3 verisons now.

Who in the hell came up with that idea I wonder. This reminds me of how Gene had Eric C. and now, Eric S. sing Beth. The reason he was singing on the 72/73 tour was due to the fact he tore up his hand and could not play the drums. The Beach Boys - Singles Box (don't buy this - they used the 1990 re-mastered versions of some of the songs - which sound terrible.)

Subpop 20th Anniversary

Maybe you can find it at a Best Buy or some place like that - I have had good luck there with new releases.

20 bucks at amazon.com I don't know if I will buy this or not. I am not all that keen on BB solo ventures. The only solo album I have is Brian Wilson - Live at the Roxy Theatre.

I find this sort of thing interesting - but as time goes by - outside of some of those acoustic songs, and a few other songs, I don't really much care for GNR. This is not GNR anyway, more like - The Axl Rose Band.

Do Your Job by Bruce Springsteen

Correct, old timer.
-
I think so - I have not looked at it in a long time. I gave all the rest away to some friend's kids a long time ago. I wish I had kept them - I had the whole 77 Yankees and Lou Brock, Rollie Fingers, Vida Blue, etc. They were 25 cents a pack - as I recall.

The only card I have left is a Mark Fidrych card.
-
It was a free show.
-
When I saw him - it was with Warren Haynes/Jimmy Herring/Rob Barraco/John Molo. Here is the show.

I would like to see The Black Crowes - but, I would have prefered to see them when Marc and Eddie were in the band. Phil Lesh, I respect, but I don't think I would want to see him again. I did once - several years ago.

Chris Martin shows at least some honesty

But yet they merit three threads here - interesting. I read somewhere that they sold 300,000 copies of their new album last week. I don't think I have ever heard a Coldplay song. -
No surprise there - Chris was singing with Phil and his band a few years ago.
