Come on. You have to admit that was funny.

Creation Museum opens in Kentucky

I heard they are going to have a life-sized Garden of Eden. -
A lineup of A-Rods would score less than 4 runs a game because when 1 of them was hot the other 8 would suck and when the other 8 was hot the 1 would suck. And at any given time, 3 to 4 of them would be distracting the other 6 or 7 that were trying to just play baseball. And people should stop comparing Jeter and A-Rod except in 1 category: gettin' booty.
-
Maybe Meg should hook him up.

I haven't been keeping up with the A-Rod show lately. So how is the "world's greatest baseball player ever" managing to distract his teammates from winning games these days? A-Rod = Antithesis of Winning.

And to further the controversy, visitors whose interest was piqued by Sue's brother will arrive to find a thread that is locked. Hitler would have wanted it that way.

Ain't No Half-Steppin' by Big Daddy Kane.. Word.

Really. This reminds me of how cool Wilco is and how uncool greedy artists are.

I'm not a huge fan of closing threads and I get pretty ticked off when it does happen 99.9% of the time. But after being on this forum for a few years I have learned that this is not a place to exercise complete freedom of speech. Wilco is very good about letting us say what we want to a certain degree. -- And in a sense that's a privilege and responsibility. All that being said, I'm not too sure the thread in question should have been closed.

Congratulations and good luck!

Does the world really need a Harry Potter Theme Park?

You're probably right. -
Yeah but can I do this with the mp4 files that I buy from iTunes?

Does the world really need a Harry Potter Theme Park?

Coming from a person who only reads books that involve unicorns and wizards I would have to say, "Yes the world really needs a Harry Potter Theme Park!" -
Update. I went to burn a CD Sunday night for my buddy and it didn't work again. I guess everytime I want to burn a CD from iTunes I have to do the repair crap until they come up with some documentation and a fix.

While I have a list of songs I would like to hear, if I could ask for anything it would be for the band to change up their arrangements some more. The latest incarnation seems to keep things about as close to the albums as you can get.

Unless public transportation actually saved me time I wouldn't use it. Time is money. I think that we should be calling for 95% of automobiles to be hybrid vehicles by 2012. About 22% of our fuel is used sitting at red lights. If we could reduce our consumption by 22% that would basically eliminate our dependency on foreign oil and cut down on emissions. -- I read this somewhere, I'll try to find the facts and post them.

"When the disembodied voice on C-SPAN calls you pussies . . .

Part of the problem here is that some guy named Andrew Sullivan is saying this on some site called The Atlantic. Nobody else is really saying this. The Bush administration has finally taken it to the next level: complete and utter control of the media I'm not convinced that the democratic leadership believes they have anything to gain by bucking the status quo. They want big change but will most likely not upset the apple cart to get it. -
I really enjoyed the book "Dream Brothers." If you haven't read it yet it's a good read. His music is good but the production seems so dated to me. I even thought that when it came out. Though I still enjoy hearing "Last Goodbye" everytime I hear it on the radio.

Just wondering. Does Wilco make any money from this commerical? Or does just Nonesuch? How does that work? In the grand scheme of things I can understand why they would allow this if they did. Question, would you rather: Have to make a house payment every month? - or - Not have to make a house payment every month? I would sell one of my songs for the latter.

One of my favorite parts of the album.

Ok. After researching online, checking burn speeds, validating I had the latest driver, etc.. I found a post somewhere that said to Control Panel - > Repair iTunes.. Duh.. I should realize that when working on Windows, first reboot, then uninstall/install... Duh Microsoft = Crap.

Hi guys, I was wondering if anybody had any info on this. Every time I try to burn a disc from iTunes it cancels and give me an unknown error 4261. I tried slowing the burn speed and even turning off virus scan. I have the latest version of iTunes and a Dell about 1 year old. I looked around on the internets and that's what people have been saying to do but doesn't work for me. Anybody else have lots of music they bought from iTunes but can't burn to a CD?

Something tells me Tweedy and Wilco are ok with this product placement. If Tweedy were 15 today and there were no independent music stores he would probably be working at Starbucks and sneering at our coffee purchases.
