  1. Most people need to have their own set of scapegoats, I guess.
  2. The "cooking" show looks like it has a chance to be pretty good.
  3. Maybe hate was too strong a word. I'll go with contempt.
  4. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to hate as many types of people as you do. Then I realize it's just not worth it.
  5. I actually decided to try MOG, and I absolutely love it. Better selection than Rhapsody, MUCH better sound quality than Rhapsody, and the app works wonderfully.
  6. I don't think anyone quite that good is playing around here tomorrow.
  7. As much as I love every one of his contributions to DBT, I would have never guessed I would be this indifferent towards all of his solo stuff.
  8. I distinctly remember Dave Matthews Band and Hootie & the Blowfish hitting it big right around the same time, which brought up the inevitable comparisons. I still prefer Hootie & the Blowfish.
  9. Not really feeling this one either. I guess I've just missed the boat on Panda Bear.
  10. What is really plaguing our country: J. Crew ad controversy Hopefully, the president in 2012 can address this. He can stop it.

I remember having conversations with friends about the type of paddle used, how many times we would get hit if we got into trouble, etc. I think I remember one person actually being punished that way. Didn't seem so bad then, but I think it made more kids behave. In middle school, I had a history teacher that would put a dirty sock on the corner of a desk of someone who wouldn't stop talking. I don't remember anyone actually having to put it in his or her mouth, but the threat seemed to be e
  18. I don't understand. Why was the child f*&^(ing?
  19. Another album that keeps getting better and better with each listen.
