Yup, or at least a lot of nerds think so according to this movie: -

I saw them in Asheville two years ago while they were recording their new album in town. They played for almost two hours and rocked like a mutha! Lots of new songs were played.

Agreed. One of the best shows I've seen. I loved his version of Tired Eyes.

I signed up in college and was a member until like a year ago. I hadn't bought cd's from them in a few years though. That's how I filled out my REM's and Dylan cds.

A general question for the moderators...

I am guessing that a deeper appreciation of Sky Blue Sky than the typical Wilco fan probably gives you the leet edge on being a mod. -

Top 3 most underwhelming bands/artists you've ever seen
brianjeremy replied to Mrs. Peel's topic in Someone Else's Song
1) Nana Grizol - this past weekend, after someone on this board said I shouldn't miss them (hey explodo!) 2) Zumm-Zumm (featuring members of Nana Grizol, about 5 years back. Sounded like crap and their hippie dancer stunk of an awesome mixture of ass and sweaty hippie girl armpits...yum. Too confrontational on every level) 3) Thursday (6-7 years ago, the band left after only a few songs due to the singer jumping into the mosh pit to only be knocked out) -
Finally got it from Best Buy. I love it!

Even though I collected comic books until I was 17-18, I have never read this graphic novel. Will I like the movie?

Perfect record for a sunny day that is supposed to reach 80 degrees...and to think that just 5 days ago there was 3 inches of snow and temperatures were in the low 30's. Crazy.

Today: Queen - Greatest Hits Vol I-III Takeovers - Turn to Red Bon Iver - For Emma... Guns n Roses - Appetite for Destruction Oxford Collapse - Some Wilderness Pavement - Brighten the Corners Lots of good music today. Snow days are fun. Too bad we don't get many of them.

Yeah it's great. I just got it (i.e. downloaded it, it's way outta print) a few days ago. I am slowly building my Elephant 6 collection and expanding my pallet. There's just so much E6 stuff to hear and so little time. I'm going to see the Music Tapes next Friday, so I am in an E6 mood. NP:
