Bbop only targets the A1 socioeconomic demographic so it's quality not quantity that brings in the big advertising bucks. -

"I have updated my post" Thank God, now I can get on with my life. -
In my haste to purchase for Hammersmith I dived in for the Standing option thinking that they were having a GA area on the floor. That looks like a schoolboy error since it seems clear now that there are the usual seated stalls and just a couple of lines of standing behind all of them under the edge of the circle. So I will have to console myself with the view of the back of your head. On the plus side it means there’s no point arriving early to queue and I might be able to shake a leg from time to time.

I'd like to see Apparel Avenue added to Banter Corner, where you also tell us what you have decided to kit yourself out in each night depending on weather, local custom, and dramatic impact - contrasting or complementing with what the band are up to. Perhaps that's better done on Instagram now that you're the Chauffeur to the Stars with a profile to maintain, but it would fit in nicely here methinks, with a thousand of your words being better than a picture. -

JT told the story of how you threatened to kill a kitten unless they gave you your acting break? Sorry to let the cat out of the bag so to speak. -

This is just the sort of thing that should have been covered in the memoir. We’re still pretty much in the dark about all the real juicy detail that the fans want to know. -

Ta (rdy) I for one mourn the passing of the Adam West drum head in favour of the eminently forgettable cream splurge that is the new album cover (though if it were a Bugsy Malone tribute that would redeem it somewhat). -

I didn't realise the Tirpitz wreck was still there. I saw an X-sub in a Portsmouth museum once (though bombers got it in the end of course). Also noticed a report from biologists that the constant smoke screens deployed for 5 years stunted tree growth in the area. The wonder of Googling. -

FYI. My double CD arrived on Friday. So far I'm seemingly more of a Warmer type of guy.

who would you like to see Jeff collaborate with?

Guy Garvey. Nothing to do with the music, I just think they'd really get on both with great senses of humour. -
If you don't recognise that as the B-side to Sugar Sugar by The Archies then do not dispair. Today I heard it for the first time in what must be at least 40+ years. I still remembered it pretty much perfectly and it's still great. Funny how tunes get imprinted on your brain. The single was one of the few in the house when I was very young, along with Chain Gang by Sam cook, a 78 of the Yellow Rose of Texas, and Rupert The Bear by Jackie Lee (also a great single, though not as good as the superb White Horses by Jacky - same person different name - so evocative of all things 60s to me. She a

With the recycling of Everyone Hides, I wonder if any of the other songs are actually from what was quoted at the time as the second TWEEDY album that was put to one side during the Sukierae recordings. Not saying if that's bad or good (except that it would point to the same kind of style that has been the norm for a few releases) - more curious as to whether TWEEDY will every ride again (except for occasional SS appearances).

If the pop-up book thing is as complicated as it might be, then it could be tricky to manufacture and would be priced as some sort of art work I suppose. I am reminded of the 78 year old carpet maker I met in Iran a few weeks ago who had only made 12 carpets in his entire life though he started in his teens. Yes they took that long and cost 100s of thousands of $. Either way, not something I could/would dream of going for, and if it is intriguing as an art work I'm not sure it is easily suitable for display as an art piece should be seen. Wilco can fleece that Jon Hamm and Nick Offerman and th
