  1. I take it you haven't heard Chaos And Creation In The Backyard, because that's one of the best albums of the past 5 years, and is probably one of the 3 best McCartney solo albums.
  2. My friend saw them a few weeks ago in Atlanta and told me it was an amazing show. I'm super jealous.
  3. Man, I really need to get in on this this year. No more slacking, Chris.
  4. I'm interested in hearing it.
  5. AL Gold Gloves: P: Kenny Rogers, Detroit C: Ivan Rodriguez, Detroit 1B: Mark Texeira, Texas 2B: Mark Grudzielanek, Kansas City SS: Derek Jeter, New York 3B: Eric Chavez, Oakland OF: Ichiro Suzuki, Seattle OF: Torii Hunter, Minnesota OF: Vernon Wells, Toronto I can see 2 glaring problems with this list. They are the middle infielders. Luis Castillo should have won the GG, and Derek Jeter shouldn't have.
  6. I'm setting the over-under on amount of games feature Adam Morrison crying like a 4 year old girl with a skinned knee at 28.
  7. They obviously aren't going to make the playoffs.
  8. 2%. Really? You're nitpicking, man. Like I said, I'd rather not have Payton on the floor. Posey, I'll take, since he's a great defender. Shaq doesn't need to play in the regular season. They are going to make the playoffs regardless. I should repeat this a couple of more times... It looks like the Magic are gonna be just fine with their team, judging by exactly one game (which was, of course enough for you to completely write the Heat off, so I guess it's good enough for me).
  9. I was just thinking about these the other day. Are they doing it again this year?
  10. Keep on fighting the good fight, comrade. One day we'll end this tyrrany and establish a new republic
  11. Don't count out Orlando. If Grant Hill is healthy, Reddick shoots well, and they get consistent play from their guards, they'll be a pretty tough team, especially with Dwight Howard looking very much like the second coming of Shaq at the end of last season.
  12. Yeah having arguably the most exciting player in the league is really hard to root for. It must be real easy to root for Kirk Hinrich's 40% shooting percentage from the field, and Ben Wallace's constant airballs. I'd say the Heat are still the favorite to win the East, and one game in October isn't going to change any of that. They came out flat, sure, but the regular season doesn't matter to this team. Shaq has stated numerous times that he doesn't care about the regular season, because with this team, it would take a catastrophe to miss the playoffs. Also, you have to question why G
  13. Old, slow, and rusty managed to win the NBA Finals last year. I'll take it.
  14. I'll say this: I never expected a Pat Riley coached team to look that bad. Ever.
  15. We've started off slow the past three years, and the regular season doesn't really matter for us anyways.
  16. Really? Frank Zappa is who you choose to say Nels Cline isn't? Come on.
  17. I thought it was "Bang Your Head".
  18. The new single is great. I haven't heard the album, and have liked nothing else they've ever done.
