my only REAL hope for the democrats in 08 is that the republicans nominate any of the front-runner senators (frist, brownbeck, etc). the republicans also don't seem to have a deep bench right now.

mac the ripper and roxio's toast (or popcorn) are a good combo for mac machines.

all it will take to severly cripple the two major parties would be a very viable split ticket presidental campaign. imagine mccain/feingold 08 running as progressive reformers. as much as i respect but don't like mccain, i'd vote that ticket.

i'm suprised stone didn't have the mob, cia, cuban exiles and assorted underworld types conspiring to bring the towers down.

that's awesome. i haven't been there since it just opened. we went to a party there for work (when i worked in the record industry) and the building was just completed. it rained hard that night and the roof was leaking all over the place. overbudget, late and with a leaking roof. very rock and roll!

i hit in the dead pool when rodney dangerfield died. that was bittersweet -- i loved his work. i did not have mike douglas this year. i think it's sad he died on his birthday. RIP mr douglas.
