  1. That's funny. Out of all three Spiderman films this was by far my least favorite. Way too long. They could have cut out at least 20 maybe 30 minutes. Like you say, some scenes were just plain dumb.
  2. I can't believe The Deads website. I haven't been over there in at least 5 years.
  3. I love my Dick's Picks Three. Is it even available anymore? http://www.archive.org/details/gd77-05-08....856.sbeok.flacf Edit: Stream of the Cornell 1977 show.
  4. I was given this cd many years ago by a good friend after I'd heard Whiskeytown for the first time on his radio show. I thought they were the greatest thing I'd ever heard. I love this disc.
  5. Just picked this up Hippycat. Please let me know how it is. Amazon has it at 4.5 out of 5 by over 1400 reviews.
  6. Thanks. I'm sure you guys have hundreds of shows in your future together. Best Wishes. willkoman
  7. Oh yeah! One of the best shows I've seen in a long while. Dave Alvin smoked on lead. John Doe singing with Exene is a force as usual. Words can't do justice to what was experienced. Rock meets country at it's finest. They killed.
  8. I saw The Knitters tonight @ The Iron Horse in Northampton, Ma. They kicked serious a**.
  9. Put in an order to my online music store "The Electric Fetus" today for SBS and completely forgot the new Dinosaur Jr.. Thanks for the reminder. Dinosaur Jr. is one of a handful of bands where I can say "they changed my life" and mean it.
  10. I used to love when they played Dueling Banjos.
  11. Chronologically speaking: Pick Up The Change Red-Eyed and Blue Sunken Treasure Pieholden Suite How To Fight Loneliness Via Chicago Pot Kettle Black >Poor Places >Reservations Theologians Damn I love this band. * I didn't consider SBS. Yet.
  12. I really like IJTSimple. Reminds me of The Grateful Dead circa American Beauty/Workingman's Dead.
  13. I was there. Centerstage, fifteen feet back. My friend Ken flew in from Colorado. I took him to see Neil Young Solo in NYC at The Theater @ MSG & Wilco at The Avalon in Boston. Edit: It was a good week.
  14. I have insomnia it's 4:57 A.M. and I'm craving crab cakes and my ex who makes excellent pecan pie. Edit: I love Reservations as an ending. A lot.
  15. I love Two Cow Garage. My copy of III should arrive any day now. I ordered mine off their website. http://www.twocowgarage.com/
