  1. Back on the drugs? That's bad juju.
  2. I must admit I have never seen a Rocky movie. I will never knowingly watch something with him in it ordinarily but I did like Copland.
  3. None of them are as good as this:
  4. Can you send it to Limerick when you are done? C/O Dolores O'Riordan.
  5. Sounds like a night I spent with Hot and Heavy Lisa.
  6. Predominantly an English dish but god damn if I wouldn't wolf down some of it now!
  7. Agreed heartily. Such a useless lump of meat. Copland is the ONLY thing with him in it that is halfway decent.
  8. Is this a bad time to say I like E.R. and Gray's Anatomy? In my defence I do have several John Cale albums.
  9. Yeah, that's about it. Nothing great but nothing terrible. Just there. Like milk.
  10. Wheat - Everyday I Said A Prayer For Kathy And Made A One Inch Square
  11. Thanks dudes and dudettes. I had a good day. Got me tickets to see the Who as well.
  12. Reader's Digest is a great and vernerable institution. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have started reading as a kid. It was always lying around and always worth a perusal.
  13. Hairy and hard to get along with?
  14. Probably all sorts of legal issues. The same things that have kept a perfectly good live Jayhawks album sitting on Rick Rubin's shelf. By the way, every Jayhawks record is a good one. Buy them all!
  15. Hugging issues? Need to talk?
  16. The Day Today and Brass Eye were some of the best comedy to come out of England ever. He is like Terence Malick, only comes out every once in a while and then slays people with his stuff. Top notch! I am off to work with a smile on my face and a spunky backpack.
  17. Ha! I remember that, that was great. Chris Morris is brilliant. Fucking Czech neck ha ha! EDIT: Shatner's Basoon!!!
  18. Why does Joss Ackland have a spunky backpack anyway? Is there some perversion to this story?
  19. Any leak on this album yet?
  20. I found the two lead male characters quite one dimensional and boring actually but then again I find Ledger and Gyllenhall like that in any movie. Of course, being set in the rural America of the 50's those guys should have been a little weatherbeaten and a little overweight and just not so damn pretty. Then again no one would have bought a ticket for that would they? The original premise of the story was quite bittersweet I thought. Am I gay?
  21. Which they never were and never will be. Every fucking review you read has some reference to this and you begin to wonder, has the reviewer ever even hear experimental music? Lock them in a room with something by LaMonte Young or Metal Machin Music and then ask them again how experimental Wilco are. Fucking dolts. And as for the maturing beyond Casino Queen....that is a great song from a great album.
  22. Thanks for the heads up there, sounds a pretty great thing to drop into and see.
