That is not an idle threat. What a great year for LR shows!

Thanks, Judy. And it's not Glenn, but I'm partial to this pic I took of Nels in SF:

I didn't see this until just now, but the SF Chron ran a cool interview with Glenn: http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/g.../02/22/derk.DTL

Even though Britt did the soundtrack for the film?

"The Shining" for the Gap.

His music has also been in a Target ad.

He and Nels were awesome in LA last night, though it was bittersweet in that it was the final date of their tour together. We managed to grab a spot on Glenn's side with a very cool view into his implements and techniques--not that I know what the hell he did with any of them. Still, it was enlightening to match up the actions with the music.

Songs from Northern Britain is probably my second favorite; I just prefer the pop effervescence of Grand Prix. You can't go wrong with either.

Of course! Any cupcake requests?

I've pencilled this in, just for you, Judy. Also, the Independent is pretty close to my place.
-
Me neither. But I might miss hearing Jeff call Daniel "one funny dude" again.
-
On many songs, our singing is very, ummm, "strong."
-
I can't stop looking at this picture!
-
Yes, they've played the New Orleans Jazz Fest, as I recall.

We need a pic of her sushi pants!
-
Is that one of the cupcakes with Mt. Rushmore carved in the frosting?
-
Trish is the queen of the macarena. She should totally quit her job and open a dance studio.
-
You are correct, Kris.

Reflections from Saturday night: 1. The McCormick sisters could've saved "Dirty Old Town." They coulda! 2. Daniel still owes Jeff $3 for "Pink Moon." 3. It only took three shows, but we got "Here Comes the Sun!"
-
That string quartet--it wasn't The Section, was it? I wonder...
-
Was "If That's Alright" next? Followed by Susan's request for "The Happy Song"? Or was there something else before Paul's request? We need Paul!
-
and again See you soon, girlie!

Thanks, Rich! When I eventually rip off Idolator's Coulda-Shoulda-Would Files, Marion will definitely be a featured disc, as will the current selection:
