  1. Yikes...the band is wearing the same clothes again that they wore at the Hammerstein! Same with Low...maybe they need to raise ticket prices so they can afford to do laundry!?
  2. We pretty much booked everything already! We move quick!
  3. Hey congrats! I am getting married the same week June 1, 2008 and I am just trying to convince the wife to be to have I'm The Man Who Loves you as one of our songs to be interpreted by the band we hired! Maybe Jeff can do a one week long wedding tour PS I took her to her first Wilco concert this last friday at Red Bank..not her type of music but she still had fun!
  4. Just Red Bank and Hammerstein for me. New stuff sounded great live! Enjoy yourself tonight!
  5. Ro, Whats up long time no hear! Low got on at 8 played til 845.. Wilco was 9:05-11 ish??
  6. Crowds at the Hammerstein are always annoying with Pot Smokers and people on constant beer runs even if you are in the first few rows unfortunatley!
  7. I just don't want Wilco to get predictable. I am only seeing them twice this tour and in the second show I knew what was coming next without even trying. Their last 10 song seems to be written in stone. It is frustrating because I know the potential Wilco has. I have seen them maybe twice on every tour since 2000 and this is the first time I think they are in a setlist rut. Wilco concerts should be fun and spontaneous not scripted like a broadway show.
  8. Hate to burst your buble. I asked Glen about Hotel Arizonia because I said I would like to see how he plays the drums in his style on the song and he said..."It is diffinatley my least favorite Wilco song and I make fun of Jeff constantly for writing it!" I thought that was an interesting comment!
  9. I felt differently. They are promoting Sky Blue Sky not Yankee or Ghost. Way too many of those songs and way too few Sky Blue Sky (& out of 12 in 2 nights)....where was On and ON, What Light, Either Way???? It seemed very predictable what songs were coming next. Don't get me wrong they played well I just wish they would spice it up with some more new album and different back catelog songs!
  10. It seems like the most common songs as a point of observation on this tour are.... Shot in The Arm Iattbyh War on War Jesus Heavy Metal California Stars Spiders Hummingbird Handshake Drugs Side With Seeds You are My Face Imposible Germany Walken These seem to be played everynight no matter what?
  11. I think June 28th..not sure if it is a presale though?
  12. Whoops..forgot one they closed with Im A Wheel...
  13. I don't have an exact setlist but they played..not in order Side With Seeds Hate it Here Shake It Off Sky Blue Sky Walken You are my Face Theologians Hummingbird Handshake Drug Late Greats Spiders Iattbyh Kamera War on War Jesus Ashes Heavy Metal Im the Man Shot Im Always In Love California Stars and ACUFF ROSE! There were some techincal issues witht he mic and guitar so Jeff played Acuff Rose Solo with no amp. He mentioned how everyone in Jersey knows what exit they lived off and how Bon Jovi owned the theater. The show was 2 hours and 10 min! Crowd was enthusiastic and I got to mee
  14. This is my order too...though March16-20 is still a great record. Give it another chance, you can do it!
  15. I usually think the first track is the most interesting because bands want to get your attention. Once they got your attention then they hit you with a rock song on track 2! Ie... Radiohead the Bends Track 1 Panet Telex, 2 The Bends OK Computer Airbag, then the rock of Paranoid Andriod With Wilco Casino Queen is pretty rocking!
  16. You know they really aren't that popular! I have seen em twice. Once headlining at PNC in 2000...they might have sold 7,000 out of 18,000 tickets and another time I saw them at Curiosa in Camden, NJ in 2003 where they might have sold 12,000 out of 18,000? These place will be far form a sell out but I will see them live anytime they come even near to my house!

  18. Only about 36 more hours! See ya there
  19. I was just in Belfast in November...awesome city and the murals are incredible. One pointer I did not realize so you know there are two types of punds used as currency. Northern Irish Pounds and British Pounds. Both worth the same but if you use the N. Irish pounds in England people willl look at you funny! and for me...I am heading to Montreal (My third Canada trip this year!), Alaska, California, Kansas City and Omaha this summer.....
  20. If you need any Jersey pointers let me know. What part are you going to?
  21. I will be there in Row Q Right orchestra! Who will be there!
  22. LCD put on a fun show I saw em a few weeks ago in NYC at Webster Hall. Glad you had fun. Its good to see people let loose at a show and LCD can make it happen!
  23. "When The Roses Bloom Again", "Should've Been in Love", "One by One" ,"Sunken Treasure" I think these are the most depressing!
  24. NJ.com has a good interactive chart to look at in case you forget anyone! It list who did what to who, etc! http://www.nj.com/news/ledger/mm/index.ssf?SOPRANOS Other good information here.. http://www.nj.com/sopranos/
