So I know some of you have never seen Wilco (Hope y'all get to expierence it at least once!)...I know some of you seen them once and others tons...whats your story. Maybe add your first show and fond memory or even that happened at one of the events. I have seen: Wilco 9 times Tweedy 3 Times Down With Wilco 1 Autumn Defence 1 Firts time was 2/15/97 at Irving Plaza in NYC. They taped the show for HBO's reverb and had a food fight of sorts. It was the angstiest I ever seen the band and has remained my favorite time seeing the band I also saw the band on Letterman permform Outta Mind and

I agree on the smoke and drunk people...lots of Ganja at the last Wilco show I went to...Even if it is a smoke free show people still sneak a puff.

The strangest encore I ever encountered was Better Than Ezra back in 2001 in Phili. They were sooo wasted that night. Anyways they played 45 minutes in the main set. Everyone was miffed when they walked of the stage. Then they came out and played a 90 minute encore!? It was up to that point the longest Better Than Ezra show in their history. Unfortunatly I left after 20 minutes of encore because I wasn't expecting any more....

Mark would also say maybe 3 songs in the set "We have time for a few more songs" most people would be confused. Also a fun quote I remember as people were yelling out all these request he said "Sure we will play all those songs..................just not today" He had a funny sense of humor.

If you take the encoures out of a Cure show you would lose over an hour and a half of music!

Well I like the garden district in N'awlins too but I dunno...the area around Canal street makes me uneasy. The french style archtiecture is great though. Columbus is decent. I like Germantown....and yep Richmond is nice..only spent a few hours there though...

My Fiance is originally from Marrietta and thus I have been down to Atlanta alot in the past few years. I am sure I will be back many times too....

I liked the Jimmy Carter Library, CNN Center tour, The Coco-Cola Museaum, The Aquarium is very impressive, Botanical Gardens are nice too, I also stayed at the 4 season (which is where I got engaged, so it has some extra special personal importance). Had some great meals!
