The totality of it. The accent, the execution. Just didn't like his performance at all. I thought the movie was pretty good, but I hated Leo in it.

I like David Koechner a lot, but I can't watch that steaming pile on Comedy Central.

I don't like a lot of what he's done. He comes off as smug to me, for whatever reason. Things I liked Leo's performance in: What's Eating Gilbert Grape The Quick and the Dead Things I was indifferent to Leo's performance in: The Basketball Diaries Total Eclipse The Man in the Iron Mask Things I did not like Leo's performance in: Titanic Romeo + Juliet The Beach Things I hated Leo's performance in: Gangs of New York I have not seen any of his most recent performances, though, which I hear are pretty good.

That was not the impression I got from the preview, but that could certainly have been colored by my lack of regard for his acting abilities. Not having seen more of the movie than the television previews, I will withhold further comment.

Thought you might have seen that one. I thought the buildup/release of tension was very well done throughout, but the self importance of the judge was a little much, if historically accurate. I was hoping for a little more from the trial. Fantastic execution (no pun) of the interrogation scenes.
