lizish
Usually never add myspace artist friends requests - but do always check them out. This guy got an add. Is he like a big British thing?
rghammo
I think I'll be seeing James Hunter on Saturday. It's in the middle of a bunch of other good concerts this week, but that album is so good I think I'll have to go.
Sir Stewart
I like that James Hunter guy, too. Great voice.
rghammo
I've never listened to that album without playing Mollena at least twice.
solace
that Hunter record rules, one of my faves this year i thinkhe reminds me of Martin Sexton a lot (along w/ the obvious Sam Cooke/Van Morrison), so if you dig his sound, definitely check out Martin (his music isn't as retro sounding however) hoping to see him in November. he was here this summer at the Taste of MN, but it was opening up for Los Lonely Boys :-/

Sir Stewart
The horns in The National Anthem still remind me of Morphine.

rghammo
I don't think boasting about past drug abuse is an appropriate use of a Tuesday afternoon.

bobbob1313
I'm loving this album a lot, even though I just got it. I'm having a hard time believing that "Black Flowers" wasn't written by Paul McCartney.

Albert Tatlock
Baggy Trousers sums up my schooldays. After that it was all a bit downhill for Madness though. Still, the early nutty sound was great.
Welsh Rich
One of the few albums I've wanted to buy this year - really talented singer/songwriter like early David Gray / Badly Drawn Boy with plenty of Manchester melancoly...
Albert Tatlock
Saw him for precisely 3 seconds in the summer supporting Elbow. He 'sang' "Thanks, and goodnight". I was late getting there after being caught up in a rugby convo in the pub.
