I still don't have mine yet, I pre-ordered in March, got the confirmation e-mail last Friday. Looks like I might not get it in time for it the bonus live show, so yeah I am not using Music Today again.

Same here. I finally broke down and bought it at the store today. The DVD is wonderful (whose baby is it that they briefly show? One of Jeff's sons is holding her/him). I guess if the MusicToday copy arrives I'll just sell it on Amazon. How annoying!

Look, I still haven't received my LP preorder either. I chose the cheapest shipping option, because I knew I'd go to Sam's Hideout party and buy the DVD edition anyway when it was released. It does suck that orders take so long to arrive.

However!

I confess to not having waded through the myriad posts in this thread, so I apologize if this has been brought up already. But I'm pretty sure that when you choose the cheapest shipping option from MusicToday, they tell you it will arrive in 7-10 business days. We are still within that window for orders that shipped on May 11th.

Today was a good mail day. I received:

1. SBS shipment, all correct. :)

2. My 2 pit tickets for the Cinci Wilco show! :dance

I had the same feast from famine yesterday. SBS shipment and Cinci presale tickets came together Saturday. All's well that ends well, I suppose, but there shall be no more musictoday ordering from me...

Got my cd/tshirt on Friday, so all is good with the world. I actually didn't even unwrap it until this morning on the drive in to work, so I guess I wasn't chomping at the bit that much. Sounds great. :music

Got an email saying it was sent on Friday. I could have bought it last Friday in Tower records but I got the impression the DVD version would only be available in certain American indie. Stores I shouldn't have come to this conclusion arguably, but seeing as I ordered the record, they could at the very least sent it on the day it was released in America.

Also, you can't get the vinyl in Ireland yet I don't think. Tried three places for it (that usually have vinyl) - both Tower and Road said not in yet, don't where it is, should be here soon and CityDiscs said it was sold out, but I'm not sure if he was sure about that cos he was looking for it on a computer, rather than going "Oh we had that, but we sold it out."

I've never pre-ordered an album before. But this time I figgured what the hell, especially with the drawing and all.

Never again- I still dont have the album, and what makes it worse, is that I've been in at least 10 stores since last tuesday that stock it.

Received my double vinyl set here in the UK. Came in this morning's post, in absolutely mint condition. It would seem that the best way to get good service from musictoday is to live outside of the US.

If only that were true. I'm in Toronto and I'm still waiting.

I called Musictoday tonight to ask about it and I was told that Canadians should expect their orders within 24 business days of when it was shipped. Which puts delivery at June 14. When you factor in the exchange and shipping, I've paid nearly twice as much for this album as if I had run around the corner to buy it at my local record store. And this is the result of trying to support the band directly?

Wilco Inc. should be ashamed of itself for aligning with a company that thinks this is good service.

Just got mine today and I love it, except that my shirt fits like a ladies large. The DVD is really cool and much longer then I expected. I'm really glad that they did that for us.

Me either. The mail just came and... nothing. Perhaps they're personally walking it to my house to ensure its safe arrival. ;)

Same here. I live an hour away from the distribution center and my order supposedly shipped on the 11th. Like others I will n-e-v-e-r pre-order from MusicToday again.
