PigSooie
Overall it's pretty good. "Follow the lights" isn't doing it for me. Slow tempo a bit quiet and hushed.Everything else is really solid. Especially, for me anyway, "Dear John" and "Blue Hotel". I'm loving this version of "If I'm a Stranger"
keylime
Especially, for me anyway, "Dear John" and "Blue Hotel". I agree. I love the original, but Ryan singing lead on "Dear John" just tears me apart. And "Blue Hotel" is just gorgeous. I'm not crazy about "My Love For You Is Real", but other than that I'm liking this EP a lot.
jimmyjimmy
I'm loving this version of "If I'm a Stranger"Yeah. We were listening to that pretty closely last night just after picking up the disk up. The GF mentioned, and I agree, It's probably Neal's subtle playing style that really makes it stand out.

ction
what is that mr. ction? Late 80's/early 90's ska band. They were very hit or miss, but their good stuff is great. I saw them open for the Bosstones once and they were amazing. One of the best sets of music I have ever seen by any band, ever. I saw them a couple of other times after that and they ranged from "meh" to kinda awful.

lizish
me too! It's making me go break out Reconstruction Site, Fallow and Left and Leaving. Maybe having 5 years between cds is a good thing, cause it all sounds new.
