I don't think they'd put him in the rotation if they had a lot of concern about it. His start in the last series came after almost 2 weeks without a start, so some rust was inevitable. I'm thinking he'll be his play-off self Saturday night.

I couldn't get through two innings of tonite's NLCS game. The manny love was just too much. Thankfully the office is on.

Don't be hating on Manny...

I felt the same. :cheekkiss

You haven't forgotten that he's good have you?

And he gave me this same sass. :rolleyes

PS, I thought for sure you'd comment on Manny's new 'do.

It was a little much last night. The idea that the dodgers couldn't possibly have gotten to the playoffs without manny, in light of what a shit he was the last two months with the red sox, was just hard to hear. I was rooting for the dodgers (Joe Torre, really) to beat the phillies but honestly i was so turned off by FOX last night that I started hoping the Phillies would just prove everyone wrong about Manny. Is it sour grapes? Yeah, probably. I would have loved to have a 400+ hitting Manny in my house for the playoffs, but he wanted out, even faked knee injuries to ensure he'd get out, and it is what it is. I just don't want the hard work of the dodgers and potentially the Red Sox be diminished by the Manny Story.
