cgoodwin22
what do you think? I dig what I believe they were going for, just not sure if they pulled it off? it's definately a lot more mellow and the songs do sound the same...but i really like it. it's a very moody record. sounds a lot like they were going for the fairport convention/espers vibe thing here...especially with the shimming guitar licks. not as strong as van occupanther, but a good album. It's FUN in capital letters. And I never heard Airing Of Grievances, but this album spells history and drama in the form of rock, and it's wonderful.

And I never heard Airing Of Grievances, but this album spells history and drama in the form of rock, and it's wonderful. the Free Energy show tonight was frickin' balls to the wall rock goodness. i'd seen them last summer, but after having heard the full length and knowing the songs... damn. Foreign Born put on a killer set once again too... sadly about 3/4 of the crowd had left after Free Energy definitely check out Airing of Grievances, it's good stuff
