BDanahy14
I don't have the set list, so I am not starting it but - two things to say: 1/ opened with Ashes! and two: Dreamer in my Dreams in the acoustic... and that is just the tip of the ice berg. I thought it was a decent bit better than last nights show and last nights knocked the ole socks off... Wow, great showing. Bigger encore as well - with a great Casino Queen! SarahC
Daaaaaang! That's a nice setlist. Wow... I really wish I coulda seen more than 1 show on this tour.
Edie
I assume that the first outta site was really outamind outtasite. I know I am getting goofy about this Stellar lists the last two nights.
JAK2112
Great Show indeed, definitely couldn't rattle off every song, but heres some highlights: - The band played a great Outtamind (outtasite) to end the acoustic set, THEN did Outta- Site (outtamind) in the encore as well. Don't think ive ever seen a band do the same song twice in one night, i loved it- Muzzle of Bees was a dinner winning request, and it ruled!- Band played A LOT of summerteeth. Can't Stand It, Shot in the Arm, I'm Always in Love, When You Wake Up Feeling Old (acoustic), Summer Teeth, Candyfloss. I might be missing a few- No Heavy Metal Drummer, No Handshake Drugs, No Late Greats, but ive seen all those enough that i really didn't give a shit tonight- 2 Big Star covers to finish off the main set: Thank you friends, followed by In the Street- Dreamer in my Dreams and You and I were some great acoustic set highlights Overall, its really tough to compare the two shows. I give the slightest edge to the first night, which was a bit more varied and rocking throughout in my opinion. I also knew basically all of the songs Friday night, while i heard a few unfamiliar ones in the main set and the acoustic set tonight. But two great shows for sure! PhillyFan
I don't have the full set list, but here are most of the songs played (not in order of how they were played): Box Full of Letters, Casino Queen, Misunderstood, Outtasite, Dreamer In My Dreams, Spiders, Muzzle of Bees, Wilco, IATTBYH, You are My Face, Impossible Germany, Hate it Here, Walken, Can't Stand It, A Shot in the Arm, I'm Always in Love, When You Wake Up Feeling Old, Summerteeth, Candy Floss, Wilco, Deeper Down, One Wing, Bull Black Nova, You and I, You Never Know, Kamera, Jesus Etc., Ashes of American Flags, Poor Places, California Stars, Hoodoo Voodoo, Airline to Heaven, Hesitating Beauty, Outta Mind. It was another 3 hour affair, and was fantastic. This was my tenth show in the last 8 years. They have yet to disappoint, but I did feel like things had gotten a touch stale last year. Everything tonight seemed fresh and exciting. I had big ass grin on my face for most of the show, as did many others from where I watched. I was under the impression that the acoustic portion was just Jeff, but that's not the case. It's the full band doing stripped down versions of the songs in an intimate set up that includes lots of floor lamps. The whole stage and lighting set up was the best I've seen. Can't wait for the Philly show next Saturday. Too bad it is at the Electric Factory. Oh Well.
treece
Oops on the Outtamind acoustic faux pas. Now I'm really going to sleep!
JAK2112
Just a quick question for all y'all out there, is this the first time the band has done both "Outta Mind (outta site)" and "Outta Site (outtamind)" at the same show?
bböp
Just a quick question for all y'all out there, is this the first time the band has done both "Outta Mind (outta site)" and "Outta Site (outtamind)" at the same show? I know they did it once at the Residency (2-19-08, to be precise). Wilcobase also indicates that they did it at the 4-18-09 show at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville. Those are the only two times I can find before tonight's show. Other than Outta Mind (Outta Sight)/Outtasite (Outta Mind) thing, the setlist posted by Treece is accurate. He/she doesn't note the transitions, which is not a big deal. I just happen to love the Summer Teeth>Misunderstood (where the Summer Teeth 'oohs' extend on for a bit until Glenn starts into the drums for Misunderstood) that's happened a couple of times recently, including at this second night in Jersey. AmericanAquariumGetrinken
What a fantastic show! This was my 5th time seeing Wilco, and it was by far the best set list I've seen them perform. Loved the love that Mermaids and Summerteeth got.
lowden11
Oh my god what an amazing concert! I avoided peeking at the set lists from the tour so far, and I'm so glad I did! That acoustic set was alone worth the price of admission! And lots of Summerteeth songs FTW!!! I feel so full after that show.
jerrycray
Two Greats shows In Montclair. The Wellmont is a very cool room. This band just blows me away. Every time I see them it gets better and better. I now have 14 shows under my belt and I can't wait to see them again and again and again!
Sam L.
Thank you Wilco for 2 nites of great music at a fabulous venue! I enjoyed last nite, but definitely give the nod to Friday's show.Last nite I thought it took them a little longer to get rolling, and the energy level not quite up to Friday, but getting all those songs from Summerteeth was a real treat. BDanahy14
If I did my math right, we got 59 songs in two nights. Pretty damn special if you ask me. 36 Nothings!

bböp
well...i guess we are both good in math cos our numbers jive....37 opening night plus 22 last night = 59!!! I think it might actually have been 60 total because I screwed up and left one song off the Night One setlist: Hummingbird. So if your guys' math is correct, then you should probably go back and add 1. Sorry.
teeth
I thought I heard "Just a Kid" in last night's set too!

H.Stone
I screwed up and left one song off the Night One setlist: Hummingbird. Sorry. Whaaaaaaaaack?! Awww, this setlist is outstanding! I haven't heard "I'm Always In Love" nearly often enough live and the same goes for "Candyfloss." CANDYFLOSS! *sigh* What a great Summerteeth-heavy list. Word on the street is that the rainbow SG also made an appearance, which makes sense as I think I've only seen it used on Casino Queen. This has to be the most varied list of the tour so far. Way to go Montclair, Night 2!
Dmada
another great wilco showI liked night two betterjust a lil bit better flow and Stan the man improved the soundlooking forward to that reserved seat in Hartford
remphish1
Usually I slag off on Wilco and bitch about their setlist of recent but I must hand it to them this time. They really outdid themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed both shows and there was a great amount of variety....after about seeing them 15 times I heard for the first time:Box Full of Letters (First time hearing live since 97!)Outta Site, Outta MindDreamer in My Dreams (First time for me since 97!)Nothingsever (Fullband)Summerteeth (Fullband)I'll FightMore Like The MoonThank You FriendsBroken ArrowIn The Street Thank you Wilco...you have my appologies! PS I usually HATE Spiders but the Acoustic version was insane!
keylime
Dreamer in my Dreams. So jealous. Next tour I'll have to request a song 5 shows before the one I'm going to so that they can work on it (I voted for it many times for Durham and it was one of, if not the, top requests). treece
"Word on the street is that the rainbow SG also made an appearance, which makes sense as I think I've only seen it used on Casino Queen." The Rainbow SG did in fact make an appearance. It was used for all 3 encore songs.
gr8fulpete
I gave the show a "10." Easily one of the best setlists at any of the shows I have seen. Really well done. Friday night's cover of Broken Arrow was nice; last night's double-dose of Big Star was awesome. And the rockin' Casino Queen in the encore? Perfect.
