Magnetized
Looks like Wilco tweeted yesterday that the support act on the West Coast run will be White Denim. I'm not overly familiar with their music, but I'm pretty sure Jeff namechecked their record (or one of their records) in a recent interview.Yes, and he also said something complimentary about them at Sasquatch. I think they had been on the bill earlier. Kinda makes me wonder how much these little tossed-off remarks are things we who are inclined to read the tea leaves should pay attention to, as early harbingers of what's to come. AZTOMR
Good day everyone, this is my first post here. Wilco is finally coming to the west, I'm going to the Phoenix show at least. Could someone with more experience please explain how the pre-sale works?

Holdin on to black metal
Can anyone who's purchased tickets in any of the recent presales answer these questions...? 1) Were presale tickets will call only?2) Was there a ticket # limit? Just trying to coordinate with friends who's gonna try to get tickets for each show since many of us are trying to catch multiple California shows... I remember there being a four ticket limit and they weren't will call 2 1/2 years ago when they last went through California, just wondering if that's changed... Thanks! IRememberDBoon
The Fox in Oakland is stunning. It just underwent a $90 million dollar renovation, and it now looks and sounds amazing. I've seen about a dozen shows there since the remodel and it's far and away my favorite theater-sized venue in North America. 90 million??
HelloNinja
90 million?? $91 Million, actually.

I remember there being a four ticket limit and they weren't will call 2 1/2 years ago when they last went through California, just wondering if that's changed... Thanks! According to the Seattle pre-sale page there's a 2 ticket limit and will-call only. That's rough (2 ticket limit that is).
SeattleC
So is anyone else stuck in the waiting room trying to purchase tickets? I figure if I leave and try again, I'll fall further back in line.
ironicninja
I'm stuck in the Waiting Room now for the California presales. While I'm here I might as well ask...do will call tickets get early entry into the venue?
Muzzle of Dan
WTF is this waiting room crap?
dunnright00
Stupid snake game keeps refreshing... Here's the deal... You have to complete 3 levels of the Snake game to get out of the Waiting Room...
indy81
This is torture.
ironicninja
I got in finally, hang in there.
dunnright00
Did you stay in the waiting room? Or refresh? This is torture.
Muzzle of Dan
well... my girlfriend managed to get two for San Diego and two for LA for us! I, however am still sitting in waiting room hell...
indy81
Did you stay in the waiting room? Or refresh? I'm just chillin' in the waiting room because it seems to automatically refresh every 30 seconds or so. I'm just dreading that the inevitable "sold out" list will pop up while I wait. 10:15 and I still haven't gotten in. I've had good luck with presales before but have never had to deal with this sort of thing, except from Ticketmaster.
SeattleC
I was jumped to purchase automatically, and I didn't play much of the game. Now however it won't close the deal on my credit card, it's stuck at that page.
Holdin on to black metal
"waiting room" started at 9:54AM PST... haven't got past it.... did end up refreshing a couple times to see if that helped but probably just bumped myself to the back of the line... seriously though, wilco and frontgate are wasting a lot of people's time with this format, especially by not making clear the process of the waiting room and so forth (refreshing will set you back in the line, etc)... dunnright00
Dammit!! San Diego Sold Out!!!!
indy81
...and it looks like most of the presales have sold out. Very, very frustrating. EDIT: I got in at 10:23 and everything was sold out. Terrific.
dunnright00
F#$@^!!!!!!!
street spirit
So, instead of having a system that's capable of handling load, they direct the load away from their actual ticket server with this waiting room page... real pro set-up. I never thought I'd say this, but I miss Ticketmaster.
dunnright00
Ok, so that was Pre-Sale. Anyone know when the rest go on sale? wilcoworld keeps locking up on me...
SeattleC
I had two tickets and provided credit card info, now I'm bumped back to the waiting room? WTF? and now it's sold out. This was the worst Wilco presale ever. No problems with the last ones
