caliber66
Drunk Uncle is by far the best segment they have right now. I don't know why they are barely using Nasim Pedrad and Vanessa Bayer this year, but the new ladies have been doing ok in their place. "The Californians" needs to be put into a capsule and launched into the sun.
ih8music
Samurai deli w/ Belushi was awesome. Chevy Chase's "Ford" impression was impeccable. Emily Latella FTW, forever. Eddie Murphy's "Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood" == awesome Church Lady was 90% on the money. Billy Crystal & Chris Guest doing the "I hate it when..." stuff was also great Chris Farley in nearly everything he did on the show... Tina Fey singlehandedly saved "Weekend Update" there's more, I'm sure....
The High Heat
Chris Farley as Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Makes me envision Phillip Seymour Hoffman's character in Charlie Wilson's War going all WWF!
Mr. Heartbreak
Who could ever forget Fish in a Blender? Oh, and that delicious bit with Gilda Radner and Candace Bergen, with Gilda doing a PSA for The Society of Extremely Stupid People, and she was so funny that Candace kept losing it laughing, muffing her lines because Gilda was so good...I need to see if I can find that on YouTube. Oh my God, that is classic. Here's one of my faves (not from SNL and NSFW):http://youtu.be/zKxjBsO-Bvk

mpolak21
This may require some pre-knowledge of Louis CK's brilliant FX show, Louie, it made me laugh as hard as anything I've seen on SNL. http://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/lincoln/1422756/ I think the show has been very solid for the last several years. Seth Myers has been a great headwriter, Wiig, Armisen, Sudekis, Hader, and Abby Elliott are all excellent players. I have a feeling Jay Pharoah will be the next SNL superstar. --Mike

Moss
So I know this is not exactly what is being talked about but I see Sir Paul is going to be on SNL this Saturday. Please, in the name of all that is holy, don't let him play Hey Jude or Let it Be yet again. Something really cool is in order. Like a solo acoustic performance of "I Will" or "Junk". Something you would not expect to hear would be nice.

nalafej
well, the Christmas song happened. Thank god for the FF button on dvrs. Would have liked to see him do a different song with Dave, Kris and Pat than the same song they did at 12-12-12, but understand it would be hard to find time to rehearse everything. Martin Short was a pretty great host.
