Malkin Bowl is in Stanley Park, at the north end of Georgia St. There are some posh hotels (e.g., the Westin Bayshore) in the immediate vicinity, but it's a pleasant walk or short cab ride from almost any downtown hotel. Getting there, maps, etc.

I haven't seen any of those ads, but maybe that's because I mostly watch CBC Newsworld. I guess I'm safe until they start playing Wilco songs in Canadian Tire commercials.
