Believe it or not, Jeff/Sue mentioned that during the 3-3-07 living room show.

does "Let Me Come Home" make anyone else uncomfortable?

I've been to Woodstock IL. Nearly bought a house there. It is as charming as it looked in the movie. -
.... exactly what do you do for a living?

In case anyone has forgotten, the poster from this and the 4-6-07 show that Johnny did are AMAZING

Does Superman remove his cape? I am going to snag this one for sure when it becomes available. Interestingly, a few of my local friends had tix for this show but opted to see Ryan Adams instead. What a choice that would have been to make....

Vanessa!!! got your email; I'm notorious about not answering though. Glad to see you got your fix (though it's never really enough is it now?). Miss you and say hi to that sweet hubby of yours Edie

I own exactly one Wilco shirt (the new shoes hanging one from this tour), which remains unworn in my drawer. I never/rarely wear shirts with print on them. I think people get a pre-disposed idea about others by their t-shirts. I have lots of blanks though; I buy them by the dozen on clark street.

My reaction to this thread reappearing: then and finally And to the taper:

Toots and the Maytals would be tons of fun. And I too am a Sinead appreciator. I've been threatening to get down there for a while now.... hmmmm.

I was going to post in Sue's 62 page opus, but seeing as it hadn't been posted in today and was on the second page of the JAF forum, I decided to let sleeping dots dogs sleep.

Last night, I was on a return flight from LAX to ORD (delayed of course), walking off the plane when my cellio rang. Lo and behold, my good friend Sara gave me a concert call. The sound was actually pretty decent, so I continued to listen while walking through the concourse and picking up my bag until I got about half way home. It was wonderful -- it turned a mindless, tedious event to one where I was singing and tapping my foot. My mini-list: Side with the Seeds You Are My Face IATTBYH Kamera Handshake Drugs Via Chicago Shake It Off War on War Hurry up back to the MW boys. Missed you

Yah, truly sucks. I am missing all these MW shows

I will not be there

We got cheated out of the last who knows how many years of Vincent Van Gogh's future work because NO ONE BOUGHT HIS ART. His letters etc. point to it pretty clearly. If he could have sold some to the VW of his day (maybe the largest buggy maker in Paris) things might have turned out differently. Also, I am happy to take unclepunk's place in front of the GA line. Good riddance!

Thanks to Wilcoworld for making that point; though I am sorry that it seemed to be necessary.

Hey Louie -- congrats! I hope you can shake a little sense into the school lunch program. Everytime I think of school lunches I now think of Supersize Me

And wouldn't 'cha know, my PC is in the shop Hopefully it'll be home in time to get this before it disappears!

I am hoping the band says nothing. They do not need to justfiy their actions in this case. They can make whatever deals they wish. However, I have a feeling that Jeff will eventually say something on stage -- or at a LR show. I'll be interested to hear his reaction to this much ado about nothing.
-
Last time this was played with the full band (1999) fully 2/3 of the current band were not yet in it. I would fall over if they played it.

Can someone help a sister out?

I think that the show will be in the Chicago area is part of the deal. There is no guarantee that Jeff/Sue will do one or more of them this or any other year, but I do know that they genuinely enjoy them. Unless they are the worlds biggest fakers (not to mention sellouts).
