Revolution 9. What a fucking buzz kill. It's probably one of the few songs on I'll ever skip.
-
"Within You, Without You" is a fantastic song too. Almost every song on All Things Must Pass is great. "I'd Have You Anytime", "All Things Must Pass", "Isn't It A Pity", "Wah Wah", "My Sweet Lord", "Beware of Darkness" etc etc are all marvelous!

Pepper might very well be the finest record ever put to tape. However, I prefer Revolver.

What?!?!
-
It's what got me into the band.

I really liked these guys when I was younger. I heard the single on the radio a few weeks ago and thought it was bland and boring.
-
I don't think you should ever come to any conclusions like that on a first or second listen of an album, never the less a Radiohead album.
-
Touk? I hope you didn't mean "tuque".

A tour film!? Heck yes!

George! All Things Must Pass! Brainwashed! Cloud 9! No contest, folks! John had some good stuff too. Well, they all did.
-
You won't regret it!

On my second listen. I love it so bad.
-
Listening now. Sounds really good!!!!
-
I think that's a good idea. People can post about up coming shows, get advice, etc etc.
-
Has anyone heard this yet? It's really good.
-
I heard he's playing Tony in the Wilco movie.
-
The Beatles are my all time favorite band. I think, when I was 16 and discovered them, there was a good 18 months where ALL I listened to was Beatles.
-
I agree with your Rod statement but disagree in regards to "Walken".
-
I completely agree. I remember the summer I bought "All Things Must Pass". It was a great summer. "Give Me Love" is one of the first songs I was able to play and sing.
-
I saw Magnolia Electric Co for the first time on the 31st of August. I agree that it was too short but besides that it was great. Did they do the Hammer Down -> Montgomery medley? That was pretty great.

Five albums that changed my life: Revolver Blonde on Blonde Yankee Hotel Foxtrot The Creek Drank the Cradle And lastly, Show Me Your Tears, was the first country-rock album I got into, which opened a lot of doors for me. What would yours be? -
Was this one of those Much Music Snow Job things they use to do?
-
Apparently the reason why VHS won over Betamax was cause the porno industry went with VHS.
