  1. I do. All I have on paper is his old number. His new number was in my inbox, but the inbox seems to be gone? Honestly, I can't seem to find it. Crap.
  2. Damn. I've went from concern, to being pissed (at a possible hoax), and now just a deep sadness - all in about 90 minutes.
  3. Me too! That combo is possibly my favorite thing they do live.
  4. Wow Mike - my first thought was "Ok, I'm gonna get Rick Rolled on this", but no. I hope like hell this is just bs.
  5. So, whaddya think of this one? If you'd like to place a little review here or in the Metal Thread that would be nice.
  6. Believe it or not I have abstained so far. This could change - possibly today.
  7. Last TLMD ever, I think. I remember that first set so well. Me and my best friend were sitting on the lawn with the tapers. When Help started the set we lit a celebratory doob. Then the set just kept progressing with outstanding (and a few somewhat rare) tunes so we kept lighting a celebratory doob. And another. By the end of the set I almost could not move but I was as happy as a clam!
  8. You MUST mean 6/28/92. Best. DC Show. Ever. (I think ) Seeing how DC is approximately 20 minutes from my house I saw every show there, of course. Maybe it was just me, but even on tours that were subpar they nearly always played well there. But the first set on this show is as good as any of the Vince years. In fact the whole show really stands as one of the finest of the last 3 years.
  9. AM - passenger side BT 1 - say you miss me BT 2 - the lonely 1 ST - how to fight loneliness YHF - ashes of american flags AGIB - handshake drugs SBS - hate it here KT - poor places > spiders (kidsmoke) MA 1 - one by one MA 2 - remember the mountain bed (duh!) W(TA) - bull black nova (so far)
  10. Dunnright, that live show you mentioned getting from AD - is it from the Avalon in SF (April '69)? That was officially released as "Gram Parsons Archives Vol. 1". The sound quality is not stellar but I highly recommend the discs.
  11. Once you get this mess all sorted out would you like to stop over for a bevvie or two?
  12. I can't believe I missed this thread, but I'm so glad to hear that things seem to be going OK. The whole MB clan will send vibeage for a continued recovery.
  13. I've said it many times, but the first 10 minutes of The Daily Show is my favorite piece of late night television.
  14. That is awesome! I'd like to see this: Wilco Family outing - Autumn Defense, Nels Cline Singers, and then Wilco.
  15. Well I'll be dogged. I had #1, #13, & #16. I almost feel good about this.
  16. I've said it before, but I'll say it again: Calexico should be here more often. Happy Birthday, dude!
  17. If it wasn't for someone like Matt Taibbi I would have no reason to use RS for anything except maybe to potty train a dog. If Wilco makes the cover good for them. But I don't see that happening.
  18. I love this post. My youngest is 18 now, but started going to shows with me when she was 8 or so. One of her best concert experiences was seeing Wilco and getting to meet and talk with Nels. My only rule was/is no Phish shows until they are out of high school.
  19. Yes it was. I went there one time. That was enough.
  20. I have felt a little lost not being in the "Cone Zone". Fallon has had great musical guests (Van, Cat) but I just tune in at the end for the music. Bring on Conan, indeed.
