Going to listen to this tonight. I wasn't aware she had a new one out. I love her voice/talent.

Ah, I didn't know that. Thanks BeShakey. And, when you hear from Chez about who can do it and how much. please let me know, too. Thanks. -

If you don't mind me asking, what is the charge to have that done? Also, what do you do with the flash drive (besides plug it into a computer)? How do you access that music without a computer? -
I've achieved my #1 goal as a songwriter

Good for you, PT! -
Great! Spring Break. Wife getting over pneumonia, and headed to Santa Fe to check out Meow Wolf in a few days. And you. sir!

Ha! We (used to) call my step son Iggy Pop (his mom did,m too, so). At 14, he's filling out a bit, but he still gets it from time to time. China Cat is the answer, though. That's a good ways away from Dark Star, too...

Did you note his ascension song?

This just came up on my screen after a failed google search:

Don't know where else to put this, but for anyone interested: Saturday's JRAD show (audio) with Dave premiering and singing on Ween's "The Blarney Stone": https://www.jambase.com/article/full-show-audio-joe-russos-almost-dead-celebrate-st-patricks-day-portland-ween-cover

Yeah, right? "A book judged so dangerous in the Soviet Union that not only the manuscript but the ribbons on which it had been typed were confiscated by the state."

Have this arriving soon on recommendation from a good friend. Has anyone here read this?

Holy cow, I've never heard this, either! Looks amazing. Thanks. As to Astral Weeks, yeah, a great album. I really like Enlightenment and St. Dominic's Preview as close seconds, too.

Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats' 2nd album, Tearing at the Seams, is a solid sophomoric album. I listened to it on Spotify the day it came out. Pretty amazing to be able to do that.

Devos nailed that 60 Minutes interview.

Last night's show was pretty sweet, I thought.

Younger brother lived close by in Floral Park for a bunch of years (lives in Bronx, now). Both close to Amityville. The horror!

I hear you and, honestly, am not trying to take anything away from anyone or diminish the beauty of those two playing together. I was invited to go to the first night at RCMH by my younger brother who had like 8th row center seats but couldn't swing it from CO. I watched what I could of it (was on a double date night) and it really brought back some great memories and yeah, I got a little teary, as well. I'm glad you had a great time being able to see the show live in a small, neat theater...

No, I would not like more unrehearsed train wrecks. Why can't I complain about sloppiness AND too many repeats? It's a minor gripe, really. I was texting with a member here last night and it's kind of a carry-over from that...the non-rehearsed feel/sloppiness thing. Some of the Larry Campbell stuff I heard last night (I had video but was only listening) sounded really clanky and out of tune. Anyway, it's still a cool concept.

Ha! Hey, did ya'll see this new collection? I've always thought the music was all down hill after Jerry & Sarah, anyway...: :http://jerrygarcia.com/before-the-dead-a-new-collection-exploring-garcias-early-years/ I have some of this stuff on cassettes but to hear clean up versions will be awesome.

This is what I meant instead of harmonizing. My bad.

On the "Sugar Magnolia"? I'd have to listen again but on the first listen it sounded like Bob's harmonizing with himself on the tune.
