More like a death vest anyway if you ask me. Am I right people?

"Chris" Everett. That was a fantastic journalistic moment.

Besides the Sox winning, not much about baseball makes me impishly grin more than A-Rod getting resoundingly booed and heckled from his home crowd like on Tuesday towards the end of his miserable night. They replayed the booing last night while my dad was over and we couldn't help but chuckle.

Unsuccessful. "I can't do this...."

Trying to talk my dad through dvr'ing this game over the phone is like trying to catch a fly with chopsticks.

It's always dark in my world.

Quite possibly the last BOS/NYY game in The Toilet That Ruth Built tonight!

Instant replay gets tested out in three parks today. In all parks by tomorrow, I believe. http://www.usatoday.com/sports/baseball/20...27-replay_N.htm

I'm sure that ear situation will get ironed out eventually....

The Moondog discs are a nice compilation. Loaded with Todd stories, too.

Hopefully a first time home buyer soon!

Do as good a job as possible as checking out the immediate neighbors around your house. I realize that short of interviewing them/other neighbors it can be hard to tell, but notice how they keep/don't keep their property. If possible, if you are getting serious about a house, go to it in the early evening (when most people are home) and spend an hour or so for a night or two to see if there's undue noise, etc. I failed to do this and regret it a bit. ed. remphish moves quick. The marriage, the house. Bun in the oven right around the corner I'd bet. ed. 2: Get everything. Everything. In -
East Nashville Skyline is my favorite of the studio releases but there's certainly merit in all of his albums. I've got a decent amount of non-official compilations as well as live stuff and that's my Todd meat-and-potatos and general go-to selections.

You're missing something. He's married. His wife does his artwork on stage and did the last album cover.

Welcome, Baby Earl!

He's allowing free downloads of the new album in October (for his birthday). I always look forward to a new Todd release. I was just listening to a fantastic show of him and Jack Ingram together from 2001. Fantastic stuff. http://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2008...birthday-p.html

Vibes for Dean and his family. I'll include all in my meditations tonight.

When you have skills like he does you'd be careful with your precious hands too.

Cat Stevens: Tea For The Tillerman

Your Dylan reference reminds me of one of my favorite movies and one of my favorite scenes from said movie: Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid when the old man gets shot and his wife comes out to comfort him as "Knockin' On Heavens Door" plays. Great scene, great movie, great performances by Kristofferson, Coburn, and Dylan, and great soundtrack.

Wait 'til peb gets here.... Heads will roll.

Sure, tell me all about it before I get it.

Not yet. A pal told me he got one earlier in the week, too. I miss getting the hardcopy.

Bad link.
