I had the same experience when I told him how much I like it when Wilco plays ITMWLY live.

I bought that LP thinking it would be the Rolling Thunder Revue version. Nope. Pretty much sucks, IMO.

Pretty sure I was introduced to that song by that video. It took me a while to adapt to the Blood on the Tracks version.

Missed posting yesterday. Saw McCartney in Madison, WI. Well worth it. Three hours. Great setlist (Helter Skelter was a highlight). INCREDIBLE energy from a guy who turns 77 later this month.

Any chance you, or anyone else here for that matter, was at the Iggy show at Metro in July '88? My two best friend from H.S. road tripped from Des Moines for that show. Thirty-one years later we're still telling stories.

I haven't heard Warmer yet, so I can't directly comment on that. I will say I feel just about the opposite between Star Wars and Schmilco. I love Star Wars and rarely find myself wanting to listen to Schmilco.
