A Thread for Musical Blasphemy you Truly Believe
IRememberDBoon replied to hardwood floor's topic in Someone Else's Song
Folks that don't like the Grateful Dead and don't like Phish and don't like Dave Matthews Band know ABSOLUTE ZERO about them and are trying to look cool to other "cool" music fans I actually like SOME Weezer songs now but when I first heard that Sweater Song I thought it was the absolute end of Rock music. I never could understand it or what was cool or even remotely good? It wasn't like it was a TMBG song or anything it was absolute unadulterated SHIT. "If you want to destroy my sweater, pull this string as I walk away" The Eagles are ten times better than that. I mean WTF??!! Also My M -
I love watching John get interviewed. The ones ive seen he looks like he just crawled out of a ditch

Not me of course This girl works in the Hollywood scene and shes one of my oldest and dearest from college. When I was in prison she came all the way from Colorado to visit me for one afternoon. I do love her so hows about messaging IRDB with one ticket to any of the remaining nights and you will be rewarded handsomely and have a friend in the "biz" for life Thanks!

Albert Finney isn't in many bad ones that's true. Cagney either. Brad Pitt is another that comes to mind. Im also a huge fan of Spencer Tracy and Clark Gable and they were together in Test Pilot. If I see a film come on from 1940 or earlier I almost always watch it just for how young the art form was -
im only sleeping you are missing out BIG TIME if you don't listen to Brent Dead. If you want to get an idea of what they were all about try the album Without a Net. PERFECTION Or anything from Spring or Summer 1990. Actually most anything from 88,89 and 90 is as good as it gets.

BWAK!! choo choo Charlie I love hearing stories like that. that shit is funny! its almost worth listening to his stories if he wasn't ruining your flipping show. you can just feel the negative energy start to build. its a weird thing. I never shhhhhhh people but I have asked people "Ummmm do you mind"?? That usually works -
Is Pink Rabbits a popular National song? I heard it on the NPR Tiny Desk and have listened to it no less than 5 times a day every day since. What are some other great songs?

you wanna hear some HORRENDOUS crowd banter try a Dave Matthews/Tim Reynolds acoustic show. Its beyond unbearable. Back in the early days he was great solo but man now people shit themselves at every chord change. -
