Who’s all going to the drive in show? Tickets were a pain in the ass, but I was able to get a spot in the last section. Not ideal, but I all super excited for the show.

I would imagine that the set list would look a lot like Canal Shores/SBS with hopefully a new song or two mixed in.

Rush 11/1/96 in Milwaukee. They did the full 2112 suite and blew my 14 year old mind.

Stapleton show got rescheduled, replacing Isbell on the bill with Mavis Staples, who while a nice consolation prize, is still a pretty big bummer. The good news is that now I can go to the Chicago Wilco show. Felt DAMN good to buy a ticket to a new show!

Can’t wait for that. When I heard he was writing another book so soon my mind went to Neil Young’s car and pono books and I was hoping it wouldn’t be as niche as those, so this sounds fantastic.

Sure wish the Stapleton/Isbell Wrigley show would get rescheduled soon so I can buy a ticket to the Millennium Park show if they no longer conflict!

Really hoping that they reschedule to a different date than the Stapleton/Isbell show so I can go to both now.

I haven't watched much lately, did he give any more concrete details about this book that he's finishing? My tin-foil hat is telling me that he's putting the finishing touches on a new Wilco album haha.

Wishful thinking for sure, but I'd be lying if my mind didn't go there for a second too! I figure these guys have to all have at least rudimentary recording equipment at their homes to lay down some basic tracks that they could send to the loft for mixing.

Yeah, I wonder if they're working out future dates. I kind of wish they would just straight up cancel. I don't think there's going to be any more live music in 2020 so lets just rip the band aid off. Waiting for Phish to pull the plug too already!

Yeah, I was thinking YouTube all the way when he mentioned that. That's what Phish, the Dead, etc. use and it works great. I would bet they could raise a decent amount of money that way too.
