Damn, that looks awesome. I only saw the Horse in 2012. Hopefully they're able to get that arena tour off the ground again after the pandemic subsides.

Very curious if you preordered the vinyl box from NYA and actually received it? Mine hasn't shipped and I still haven't even received the DL code email, which is beyond frustrating, especially since I'm really excited to dive into this!

A colored vinyl version of this is now available at the Wilcostore FYI. Pretty tempting.

Has anyone done one of the streams on bandistown to see how it works? Wish it was a one off event on YouTube or something!

Yeah that was a pleasant surprise and a good strategy since I will no doubt order a lot more than $20 worth of goods when I use it haha. just finished listening to the vinyl, it sounds so damn good. Viking Dan is without question my favorite of all of the outtakes that they’ve put out on these deluxe sets.

Finally able to crack into the vinyl, this tower records show is fantastic, despite the technical issues throughout. I really wish I would have been able to see that incarnation of the band live.

Anyone else still waiting? My tracking information showed that it was supposed to arrive on Monday the 30th and it still hasn't shown up. Getting pretty annoyed about all of this.

Damn, that’s terrifying, especially with Sue’s health issues. Hopefully everyone is ok.

Holy crap, I’m apparently celebrating 14 years here on thanksgiving. Love this site, thanks to all the mods and admins.

Still waiting for my confirmation #. Very frustrating, but as long as the box shows up in good condition (unlike my copy of Nels' new record which had the sleeve bent to hell and a scratch on the vinyl), it'll be all good.

Here’s what they told me this morning: We just received the color version of Summerteeth a couple days ago and were shorted what we were expecting. But we do have plans to get those shipped out very soon and you'll receive a tracking number once the USPS scans the package I’m still waiting for my digital copy of the new Nels album that they told me would come with the vinyl too, even though today is release day. I feel like their customer service is usually on point, but I’m guessing the pandemic is wreaking all sorts of havoc on their operation.

I really wanted to like this, but I gave up during IATTBYH. It's just toooooooo slow. Does it get better?

I purchased through the Wilcostore and I got an email with the downloads and it includes the Boulder show that isn't on the LP. I kind of wish the Candyfloss intro track was like 10 min long, I love that studio weirdness and I bet there are reels of it somewhere! Viking Dan's lyrics sound so familiar, like they were recycled in a future song but I can't place them. Just an incredible song.

Has anyone who preordered the vinyl gotten any other notice besides that it’s delayed? Only through the solo demos so far and man Jeff sounds rough. Guess that’s not surprising given the time.

I thought it was interesting that he said he's got Together Again (vol 2 of the acoustic loft sessions) in the can, but it's not on the release schedule. Hopefully that will see the light of day sooner than later! Also some hopeful comments about a new Wilco record that has me pretty fucking excited.

I'll confess to missing some of the vocal harmonies that we got at the drive inn show at first listen, but this is a fantastic album. Perfect for a rainy day.

Any interesting tidbits from either of the events?

This is super interesting. I just wish these streams started a little later so as not to conflict with my kids bedtime haha. I'm hoping we see more of these types of opportunities going forward, seems like a good way to get some money in the artists pockets and as close to actual concerts as we'll get for a while.
