hey Cowboy- I must admit. I am on the Canucks train as spoiler in the playoffs. They are good in their own right but not sure if a lot of people are placing them to go deep. I could see them steal a series from the Hawks, make a big upset. Ive always like the Canucks, favorite Canadian team. i was into the Morrison, Bertuzzi, Naslund line back in the day. one of the best lines...... anyway, with win today, i believe it is 9 comeback victories.

i used to see the Jayhawks a ton back in the 90s and early 00s before they broke up. my first true love in a way (then i found wilco in 96). im glad things are starting to brew up for the 'hawks. id love to see them live again.

I agree with you Cowboy Poet. I couldnt get over how tough Kesler played. I dont get to see the Canucks play alot but damn he impressed me a lot too. Team Canada was just a beast as a whole. So many talented players. Very well assembled team. But Team USA isnt too far behind. If they had more snipers/goal scorers, they'd be even better. I just like how they fore-checked and how they played physical. They really gave Team Canada a tough battle. Ok, back to the NHL!!

Zach Parise should be marketed. He is a young American player, he is at the top of his game, he is making a name for himself in the Olympics as an American Hockey player, he has been successful player in the NHL. Ryan Miller, same thing as Parise, American (although MSU alum (boo)). Phil Kessel, Madison, WI native, former UM player (boo) but also very good, young, becoming big scorer. Patrick Kane.... but these arent elite players yet in NHL so they wont get pub. too bad.
